there are some packs that are account bound (juggernaut, revelations) but a majority of them are character bound and cannot be upgraded to or purchased account bound -

under g1 i know it was done for people but under Little Orbit i do not know , nor do i recall any details about that. I think all it would take is a gun proven to be bought on the account , the math on the difference in price , and programming an upgrade button to make the gun account bound. -

i don’t see why not at this point, the volcano and eol line have been up on armas for years account bound opgl/osmaw seems like a pretty easy way for orbit to make a few bucks -
Account bound car kits yesterday please. Unless LO don't like players spending money. Everyone who bought a Vegas kit or any car for that matter would probably upgrade for account bound option.

It's not a droprate. Loyalty rewards are purely based on how much G1C you spend which is the real money currency in APB. When you spend X amount, you get certain weapons and every X amount G1C you get boxes and 15-day premium codes as well (which are bound to your account). The drop rate of the things that drop from those boxes is a different thing altogether though.

Hello I cannot make any characters in the character creation as it says I have reached the maximum amount of characters. However I have absolutely no characters on my account. I have tried resetting the game and I have also tried repairing the game through the launcher. I do not know what to do but I really need help as I cannot play. I cannot make a new account because I have many armas market items account bound. (This is on citadel by the way.) Before you ask for any character names I do not have any :D

Is annoying to send everytime back and forth, honestly. Would love to see smth like you have the same one in every single character (like account bound) but if/when you put one on auction the other duplicated one will disappear of course from the other characters. Also allowing multiple attachments via mail would be.. so awesome.

Simply put, I'm positing that legendary weapons become accessible no matter what character on. If you've got it on your r255 enforcer, you can use it on your r9 criminal. Mods may make this difficult, but you can either have it unmodded account wide and each character can mod it. Or the character that first got it can use a "share" button or similar and then whatever form it is in, is then shared across characters. Naturally this can be updated whenever. I haven't fully thought through implications and options, thoughts?

Not sure if that could be exploitable in some way (I am sure someone will always find a way) but I'd love Joker Tickets to be account-bound instead of character-bound. I have a lot of characters with 3-4k JTs but none with 10k+.

Could you also make an account bound version of it please? I hate having to wait until February to buy it for new characters every year, and it's a great base for costumes. @MattScott

@MattScott @Lixil - Since they don't seem to be offered as rewards for ingame activities, can you guys add the various glow in the dark Halloween weapon skins to ARMAS (ideally with an account-bound bundle option)? Pretty much the only reason I give even the slightest of fucks about the Halloween events. Unless they've changed the system, the pumpkins aren't in the same places for everyone.

well, or the crown, the few kits or anything, really! i've roughly spent 1.5k (almost none on jmbs, always account bound when possible, almost always durig sales, still lack a few weapons though) and have 2000 hours logged on steam and own a JT 4x4 4 slot on one char - and nothing else bought by jt. across all chars i do have a bit over 12k. personally i think the more open jt store is great - but the yield of JT could still be higher. grinding for a weapon is more achievable than ever - but ultimately, in my opinion it should still be more easy to do so passively through normal play, by just doing missions. 10jt would be okay in my opinion if it was consistent, every mission - it's not like you have to hit the daily cap, i suppose the cap us just there to prevent people from exploiting it (remember gold rush? or refer a friend?) i guess it should be linked to mission length/some minimum score...

You better give us the option to just buy everything account bound as a bundle on armas. Easy money for you and less grind for the people who want it on 12 characters.

I see this as a great idea, account/character bound rewards, keeps people playing and is pretty balanced.

step 1 - unban all cheaters and give them a second chance step 2 - do not unban ppl that banned for no reason and tell them to wait step 3 - after months unban their account but delete all the characters (255r) all the char bound items (legendary items, cloth packs, cars etc) step 4 - ban them again Gamersfirst banned me for no reason years ago, LO bought the game and unbanned cheaters but not me, they unbanned after months but deleted all my chars, all my process all my char bound items all my money my legendary itmes etc. The account was empty I was not even using anymore. Today, just wanted to check and . . . u know the rest. Congratz LO u managed this situation so good. I dont know what to do now. Im trying to submit a ticket for hours, your ticket system dont even let me create a freaking ticket. Im pressing that submit button for hours and nothing happens. Im tired . . .

i’m going to give orbit the benefit of the doubt and assume this was a test for the eventual shift of all current armas items to account bound, and not orbit assuming all the people asking for new clothes wanted poorly designed “sets” (i use this word very loosely) of preset clothing

Can you please allow the option to select Account bound for any and all of the ARMAS items? I don't understand why you would only allow it on certain of the items... Bump the price up for Account bound weapons, etc like you do for the select few that do give you that option. Pretty please with a cherry on top?

On a serious note, always happy to see new content. For the love of god, tell me this is an account bound pack. So many packs are already missing that option. I look forward to buying it and maybe possibly one day using it. G1 releasing something that is unbalanced or broken, that'd never happen. *Glances at the trouble Maker & Yukon*

You would be correct, at least speaking in regards to myself. ARMAS provides permanent account-bound options, which are always going to be more attractive to me than permanent character-bound options. However, the availability of JT perms gives me something I didn't have before; A method to trial a weapon on a more extended basis, with the bonus of keeping the weapon after the trial even if I never end up purchasing it account-bound from ARMAS. It's a win for free players, and a win for paid players. It's also a win for Little Orbit, on multiple levels. This new feature is in addition to / supplementing daily activities, already confirmed a while ago. -
If abuse means not willing to pay for extra character slots then yes. I strongly believe that if character slots where free: · Less new accounts would be made wich would ‘improve’ database accessability. · Players would play more due to account bound related items, IE weapons and premium. · Griefing/cheating might go down due to more then 2 high ranked characters on an account. · It makes LO look good/better by not grabbing cash. If character slots remain a payed item then it would be nice for LO to concider a 1 time account merge (per account) and charge a small amount of G1C to make it happen. It would make so many people happy.

@MattScott In regards to ARMAS being shifted into a purely account-bound purchasing platform, what will happen to existing character-bound items we own via ARMAS (not talking about Joker Store stuff here)? Will they be upgraded to account-bound for free (would be insane PR move, but doubt it'd happen for obvious reasons)? Will we be given the option to upgrade our stuff for a heavy discount (like we already can with character-bound weapons)? Any other specifics you can elaborate on for us?

Wow, I had no idea I just Googled "APB Vegas Rocker Bundle" and used the first armas link. Found it on the PC store - it's under Vehicle Bundles and not Gear - but yeah no mention of Character or Account bound unless you where it says "These will be mailed to the character currently logged in." technically that implies character-bound. But the no nonsense console version seems a little easier to understand. Merged. I did a thing. @LO - you're welcome and you can pay me in JTs.
