So Wifi has come along way , but like everything there is a thousand options and configurations between the makes, they all lock each other out. another issue is if your actual "broadband/internet" connection is over "Phoneline" instead of satalite or Coax/fibre then you will always notice a slow down when everyone in your street gets home from school or work and begins streaming or playing games. its the same for the power grid when the tv ads come one everyone goes and makes a tea.. you say that if you move 1m to a side its poops out. this is your issue. Im a bit lost on this : your saying you "Cant" use a direct cable, but then say wifi does not work, you use a 20m cable , the only way you can get wifi. we need to separate the terms WIFI / Wireless = Is a type of connection with no direct physical cable but by frequency with many factors that can break connection. Ethernet / cable = is a type of connection with a direct connecting cable that can only disconnect by damage or hardware. Internet/broadband / ISP = Is referred to as your "incoming connection" or internet. - If your Wifi/wireless "up" is 0.75 then this is a big issue as the game relies on good connection in both directions, - always having an issue between 22:00 - 23:00 i would actually question if anyone in the house is watching tv the news via the internet? also check your computer if it is set to do update checks at this time? - ISP Caps / peak times can also be an issue,. it is different in other countries but many have a "usage" cap. if you download (in any form) of data to a set limit you may have your connection speed reduced. so if you play for 2 hours and youv unknowingly used 3gb of interenet data playing games, then this would be the result of your connection reduction. this would also account for the variation in timing. additional: having your game on C : Os drive. this is not advisable, but not priority right now.

Recently i got myself a 3070 and after playing other games like cyberpunk, etc. with great experience and fps, furthermore, I launched APB and my fps are really bad if not worse than on my old 970. Options doesn't matter and GPU utilization on their highest peaks reach 22-25% Is there anything what I can do about it? Ive submitted a ticket, but I have NO idea how long that will take to get a response from so I thought Id try here too. Ive played this game for over a decade and have never had any issues. No lag, no crashing, nothing. I recently upgraded my Graphics card, and My 2nd monitor. Hello, After this update crashes on RTX cards are back. On 64-bit update I did not have any of those issues and could run the game for hours without issues. I am running 3080 Ti, 64 GB RAM, Ryzen 9 5950X, Windows 10. Resizable BAR enabled. I run game in borderless window, 1440p, all maxed settings, smoothing disabled. My GPU drivers are up to date (528.49). Did not tinker with fps caps, all set to default (Min Smoothed 22, Max Smoothed 100, Max Client 128) Tried running game on other systems: 3080 10 GB, 32 GB RAM, Ryzen 7 5800X, Windows 10. Resizable BAR enabled. Borderless, 1440p, maxed settings, smoothing disabled. GPU drivers 528.49 3060 6 GB (Laptop 130W), 32 GB RAM, Ryzen 7 5800H, Windows 10, Resizable BAR enabled. Borderless, 1080p, maxed settings, smoothing disabled. GPU drivers 528.49 Best luck I had was on laptop with 3060, it seemed to crash only after roughly half an hour, the other 2 systems crash/run out of memory in just a few minutes. The issue can be reproduced by respawning, just like the initial issue prior to 64 bit update. Did not try running RBAR disabled.

But also them need a little BUFF , they have a damage drop off of 35 m, but u can use them with discrete precision until 20/MAX MAX 22 m... Unfortunately from what I’ve tested with friends on OTW, I don’t think this would be quite enough as I’d still be able to 3 shot people at 22 meters with CJ3 just because of how tight the spread is over range and how much over damage this weapon has. We found currently that the base spread of shotguns has a much greater effect on the overall effective range than damage drop off. For example we tested a shredder with different mods at several distances within 30 meters using a flare gun to measure distance. - With IR3 the shredder was 3 shotting reliably at around 28 meters - unmodified it was about the same. - With CJ3, the 3 shot range was reduced to around 22 or 23 meters due to the increased spread. The same effect is even more apparent on the Thumper where aiming causes the pellet spread to be reduced significantly. The damage drop off never changes, but tightening the spread with mechanical choke makes the thing reach out close to 20 meters with 3 shots. Granted I wasn’t able to measure any distances in controlled conditions with the thumper like I was the Shredder, but I noticed a huge difference in fight club. With this in mind, I’m thinking maybe an alternative suggestion may be needed other than just nerfing the range a bit, so I’d like to suggest a different balance test. What if we gave the Shredder the same damage drop off as the NFAS (20 - 30 meters), BUT decrease the fire interval to 0.2 and increase the amount of shots to kill to 5 with a decent chunk of over damage while increasing magazine size to 12? That way, it behaves less like a 3 hit wonder gun which can do anything, but it’s still able to kill at 40 meters if you dump 8 to 10 rounds into the enemy? For an idea of what that translates into, TTK at ranges under 25 meters would be 0.8 at 5 shots to kill, and the TTK at around 30-40ish meters would be 1.4 seconds at 8 shots to kill.

No, 10% is 10%, when previously not many people did activities and just played FC they randomly did some activities but the wide mass may stayed below silver reward. therefor everyone reaching silver got gold as well. Thats because silver wasn't even reached by 10% of the people playing FC. Now when more people actively try to reach gold and these people are more than 10% of those doing FC activities, the higher will the requirement go for reaching gold. Example one. 100 ppl play Baylan. 90 play just somehow not caring. 10 reach silver. those 10 will also get gold as long as the other 90 stay below the silver activities. now the new situation. 110ppl play balan with 10 more wanting to reach gold due to the JT weapons. now we have 10% being 11 people. Only 11 can reach gold. but 20 people compete now. so 11 people paly until the silver border and get gold. The others wanting gold will now have to put more effort in, and therefore theoretically even with those 20people it could be that getting gold needs 200 activities if all of them go crazy on collecting activities. In reality it might be more than 11 get that gold reward because the last place is shared by multiple people like if 10guys have 23 activities and the 11th place is filled with 3 guys having 22 activities. Thats why the current FC's show what you need to enter gold and if you want gold, you should also always try to make some buffer. otherwise it could be someone pushes you off your gold rank when you are offline before FC's reset. TLDR: the more try to reach gold, the higher will the gold entry border go. those weapon rewards are AGEs ago that as even before 2012 because I never played when those were a thing. The reis nothing for the top people anymore in Fc's except more JT's for the top 10%

I see the EU as a catch 22 situation - damned if you do, damned if you don't kind of thing. If it had happened 2 years ago it probably would have succeeded but the playerbase is so fragile now that even the slightest disruption could prove fatal , by the same token if we don't get the EU the game will slowly die anyway. LO's biggest mistake was failing to capitalise on the upsurge in player numbers when they took over, instead of taking things steady and nurturing the game they jumped in and made a bunch of changes that nobody wanted which had a disasterous effect on their credibility.

you'll be shocked to know that canonical is a 65.7m corporation and is founder of the ubuntu foundation, that suse makes 300m/yr, red hat 2.4b... okay, okay, there is debian. and obviously they are open source. but still. those are quite big companies in the tech industry i'd say. windows is already monetised. they have candy crush advertisements, lol. there's also onedrive subscriptions, office subscriptions (obviously not directly windows, but those are being advertised in there)... they probably won't make updates subscription based or anything like that, that'd be basically how mac os was back then - and as you can see, that wasn't sustainable. there is no justifiable concern that windows will get any further form of monetization. microsoft is also moving towards open source projects (bot framework, visual studio code,...) and they've been a long time funder of open source projects (also some linux ones, plus you can even have embedded linux systems (no, not virtual machines) in windows...) windows will probably never become oss but microsoft is actually a quite decent company. of course they work with intelligence agencies, collect data and use it to their advantage though. in comparison, there are way much more "evil" ones though. but you do you. enjoy linux. i couldn't bear to use it from day to day for personal stuff although it has stuff going for it. using windows 7 these days is pretty ridiculous though and there is no room to make complaints if someone or some company doesn't support a 10 year old os (hey, 22 days away from the anniversary!) - especially not a game studio/publisher that is getting funding from microsoft, lol - or a small one like LO.

Vegas 4x4 has a slower max speed than the g20 honestly. Most vehicles have a max speed of 18-20. Except the vegas series which is 23/22 for both the g20 and 4x4. Hell, the growl has a max speed of 22.7 (i just looked that up, and am surprised) but noone talks about that one as being too good because it's almost a glass cannon.

https://www.gamersfirst.com/apb/news/2021/1/22/apb-2021-roadmap It's so nice to see all the changes mentioned in this roadmap getting implemented throughout the 2021, though there are a few missing. Still they've got 18 days and I fully believe at the new year's eve we can enjoy a brand new game with new weapons, contacts, full of players, fixed matchmakings, new player experience, new engine and what not. Way to go!!!
