Sakebee Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 Hey everyone, This is a quick announcement regarding forum names. It has come to my attention that we have some names that were imported from the previous forums which have characters not supported by the current forum's naming conventions. This causes some problems on the back end, so I am making a public announcement that we will be giving everyone a week (7/14/20) to change names with non-compatible characters on their own before we will begin changing them ourselves. If you would like to change your name, DM @Ritual or @Sakebee with the new forum name you would like and we can change it for you. Please don't contact support about this issue. They will have to go back through us. Contacting us directly will get you your new name much quicker! Allowed characters are: a-Z 0-9 - and _ Spaces Thank you for your understanding, Sakebee 2 3

iDev Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 Speaking of names, when is the in-game name cleanup happening? Seeing as it was postponed last year.

Sakebee Posted July 9, 2020 Author Posted July 9, 2020 Hey everyone, A quick update regarding forum names that were imported with characters not supported by the current forum's naming conventions: We previously requested that people change their name themselves, but it has come to our attention that the system can block players in this situation from changing the name on their end. If this is the case for you, please do not send a ticket to support. DM @Ritual or @Sakebee with the new forum name you would like and we can change it for you. The OP will be updated to reflect this new information. Thanks! Sakebee 1
