How are they useless for scrimming 3v3s? APB is a competitive game. Most people, unless they're dethreating nerds, are playing to win. If they want to scrim against other teams then good for them, not sure how it's any of your business. :s

There’s another Russian guy who doesn’t play anymore, but he had multiple 16 roles on different character. His name was something like ‘unquiet’. Me personally have over 300k kills among all my chars 2

Me personally have over 300k kills among all my chars In February, 2019 I estimated that I have a bit over 395k kills total across all my characters since 2010. That has gone up to roughly 470k+ to current date but its safe to say that 500k+ with deleted characters and alts included is reasonable.
