UwUMaster666 9 Posted January 31, 2021 (edited) CQC: Shotgun (JG specially) by far, it's even so overpowered anyone with a brain would've hotfixed it, but not here in APB. Best AR is debatable but nearly everyone plays Ntec, though FAR is quite good also. Obeya obliterates everyone and is kiinddaa viable even in CQC if really needed. Obir is still good. Best LMG would be either Killer Bee or Euryale (with it's other reskins). Euryale has good accuracy, movement speed and firerate, but Killer Bee still shreds people and is at the same time good against cars. Not to forget the FBW spammers. Anyone with skill plays .45 though but FBW is the Shotgun of the pistols. Edited January 31, 2021 by UwUMaster666 forgot to mention pistols 1

Matsutake 16 Posted February 1, 2021 Hmm, for primary weapons, I'd say either the OCA, N-TEC, or N-HVR Scout are meta. For secondary weapons, the Obeya FBW or Colby .45 (if you're daring/experienced enough).

That's what will get you the most these days. Imo, the N-TEC is too much compared to other ARs and dominates its "niche" it can even be called that since it's an all-rounder that's extremely good at everything, but that's the biggest reason it's so hard to balance it, I would guess.

If LO manages to push such weapon balances then who cares about tactics anyway, even if they are total garbage

I don't think you should discredit all other ARs. FAR is a very competitive AR and some like the raptor is very easy to use.

Not necessarily discrediting them but while the FAR has technically an easier time in CQC the difference isn't huge enough to make up for the N-tec's far stronger range capabilities. The FAR saw a bunch of play during the 2.4 Modifier Cap N-tec time because there was a tangible downside to the N-tec that the FAR was able to fill in the Meta.
