My important tickets (account / weapon related stuff), were handled quickly. My less important tickets (mostly reporting ToS violations) have been sitting untouched for months. From this limited information, I would guess that ticket category matters.

In both A and B districts on the live client, the crouch modifier of the Whisper and Kris has been removed.

player 1 was asking if someone was a trusted traded, player 2 responded that not only was the person in question not a trusted trader, but was in fact a known scammer. gm then silenced and threatened to ban the player giving the warning, as well as telling them to "take it to the forums" if they didnt like it
