Yeah, they did. I just wonder though, if the big issue was players abusing the system to the point that it became useless... how do you fix that? We are still the same players, and I still see hackusations in /d every time I play. Seems like any new system would be equally abused.

I think with the limited support resources they have, there is no choice but to handle tickets by a priority system. What would you like an alleged ToS violation handled in place of? Especially if its something that could just be handled by you know, /ignore.

I mean, Matt did come out and say that /report was "useless". That's pretty much all you need to know, no?

My important tickets (account / weapon related stuff), were handled quickly. My less important tickets (mostly reporting ToS violations) have been sitting untouched for months. From this limited information, I would guess that ticket category matters.
