That’s just EAC policy and they handle both the bans and the appeals. If you’ve sent an appeal then you’ve done all that can be done. While this info came from the Community Manager 6 days ago, I agree it would be better if Matt commented on it during the AMA.

As I understand it, when your appeal is denied it simply gets deleted both from EAC and Gamersfirst. So if your appeal disappears, that’s why. This was talked about in the LO discord with a member of staff, but it hasn’t been stated officially so take that as you will.

First off, GMs are player volunteers. No one is getting paid. Second, what they are doing is enforcing the rules., that’s all. I honestly don’t understand what all the whining is about.
