Partially correct. Fairfight was responsible for false bans in the past. But Fairfight is still running alongside BattlEye. So we have both a client sided and server sided anticheat.

Isn't Ritual making the point that abuse should be called out, but to the supervising staff directly instead of some random public forum thread? Or am I missing something else here? Fair enough... but if you remember, the whole point of the aforementioned video was that LO did nothing about it, denied it was a GM, blamed it on speedhacking, and then eventually figured out they were looking at the wrong server info. I realize you have no power over what is or isn't allowed, but it does worry some of us that calling out abuse isn't allowed as it has been shown that sometimes even LO can goof the handling of such things. Im having a hard time understanding that first sentence. Though it IS interesting to note that the "no name and shame" policy now applies to LO staff as well. Very interesting indeed considering there was an entire thread in the past in which both MattScott and Lixil participated that actually showed video of a GM abusing their powers. Might be time to update those rules, or just work on consistency. For what its worth, assuming you have "complete information",contacting Lixil is exactly what I suggested OP do.

Why would i? If i use it i'll probably die. It used to unfairly good, and along with the manic, was the best example of p2w in apb. You bought it for that advantage, and the gun has suddenly been balanced. That sucks, I get it. This has happened before with the nano, the m1922, the Troublemaker, and most recently the Yukon. I assure you the gun is still viable, but if you dont want to use it, thats your choice

But you can still use it.

IR and CJ used to only effect fire rate within the burst (which is what I think you mean by "speed of bullets"). IR now only effect time between bursts, and the OTW version of cooling jacket is the same. The Fang was a big reason for this change as IR3 gave the gun +7m range with absolutely no downside. The good news is if you dont like using the Fang anymore, you can get the standard versions of the RFP-9 with in-game cash.
