The way they are penalizing the accounts is in my opinion not severe at all. Cash and Joker tickets can be earned back if you play regularly and if you follow some of the available tutorials on making in-game cash as they will give you Tips and help you to earn cash in no time, however, I understand this might be very frustrating for some but I think it is much worst to have your account blocked, especially if you were unfairly banned. As they have already explained it is very difficult for them to determine which bans were warranted and which weren't, plus they have nothing to do with account actions which were enforced long before they took over the game so they can't be blamed for any of this. Anyone experiencing lost of items should contact the customer support for assistance.

Its a new feature, all the banned accounts can no longer earn money, it goes to the lost noobs fund.

I recently got unbanned and I made roughly 100k today from missions and selling things... I log out and log back in: All gone I cannot do missions and try to make money back because you are still taking it Edit: I'm assuming it's only unbanned accounts but I've heard it's possibly affecting everyone

On the unban of thousands of accounts i'm in agreement, several of these banned unjustly and as seen by steamcharts, is yielding to the game several players who were not seen from 2013. As for the wipe it may be there, but I would have taken away maybe only 70%, but I can understand that it can be a difficult operation.

So how do you guys feel about the unbanning and with wiping peoples money/joker tickets? personally I think that fairfight bans should be where money/joker tickets are wiped and I think that manually banned accounts should keep their money/joker tickets, because some people have been banned for no reason and it would just be dumb for them to be punished even more for something they didn't even do I'm losing almost 90-100mil on my main account when I get unbanned, because I was reported for real world trading and manual banned without proof, I've heard some people such as CookyPuss being unbanned but their legendaries missing (WHICH WASN'T INCLUDED INTO BEING UNBANNED) they only said joker tickets and in game money how do you think they should go about it? wipe money/jt on fairfight accounts and leave manual bans out of the punishment or wipe everyones account or leave everyones account alone?

Try restarting then attempting this again. If not. Let's try this. First of all, please ensure that you have all BE files required for installation in place in your game directory. Either verify your game files/cache on Steam or Uplay or completely reinstall the game. Secondly, please make sure that you run the initial installation from a administrative user account or a limited user account with UAC enabled. Hello APB community, Today we unbanned thousands of accounts that were done by Fair Fight and a few other very specific types of bans. We are going to be doing a second wave of unbans in the near future. We knew that not all accounts that were banned for cheating were going to be hit by this first wave of unbans. These mass unbans, since they hit thousands of accounts, take time to preform and so we split them up into more than one wave. Please be patient till we do the second wave. So, you, or if someone was playing on your account, broke a/some rule(s) from the ToS. Now, they don't specify what rule you broke, which in lieu of the unbanning, you might just need to send a support ticket, and find out.

So, the thread is intended to bring our thoughts about what are we gonna do from here regarding our attitudes towards the other players but particularly with the ones returning after the massive unbans, cheaters and non cheatrs. All the comments made here are appreciated, that is this about, but wouldn't say this is a thread to discuss if we like cheaters or not, or if we like them returning or not. That have been already well addressed the past days since the announcement, and I don't think someone needs to wonder if there are people who agree with cheating or that appreciate cheaters coming back, although the second chance topic might be something for another thread too because that's way more complex to analyze I think. Also, I've been a cheater myself, I like to call it a rehab-cheater, back in 2003/2005 I always like to tell this story, there's a thread in the old forums where I told this to everyone if someone is curious, and that explains a lot of things for these who wants to know how the mind of a cheater works from my point of view. That's also why I like, seriously, I really love to tell a player that he cheats when I have suspicions, in that story I like to tell I point out the fact that you can last years hiding it if you are good at it, even from good players and admins, so that's why I like to tell someone that I think is cheater when I think he might be, (or might not) because is not only about they gameplay, it is about to see their reactions, to see what they reply, there's where you can find a consistent behavior on almost every cheater answers, their cheap excuses, mean replies and repetitive monotonous speech are always the same, and it is fun to see if someone I suspect replies like that or if he is someone reasonable who can just say something nice like "hey, why do you think I cheat? I'd like to debate to find out what I did and what you saw". Even I, as an average/casual player, got hackusated, and talking with the hackusators and hackusated I made some friendship a few times. I like the fact that someone also pointed out here what is this discussion about, this issue is being taking care of, we must look forward to see the outcome of the new management decision, follow their leadership and do our best to accomplish our goal of having a better game to enjoy, and the old management should be the only ones to blame since they took a lot of protective decisions to hide the trail of the mess that was going on, stressing the community and making the vast majority feel so uncomfortable and upset that almost everyone jumped in the train of massive destruction of APB either by cheating, hackusating or talking trash about the company and fighting each other between players. Said this, if someone have a personal problem with me, could simply send me a message here or ingame so we sort it out if its needed, unless you are more interested on keep on with some drama and convince yourself that being mean and attempting to humiliate me or anyone else makes you look better than a silly hackusation. I for sure get very upset at having cheaters returning to access their stuff, only thing I had to feel better than them was the fact that I'm able to keep all my characters and items safe as long as I play the game (only account since my reg date guys) and now, that wouldn't be a good pretext anymore, lol. However, I rather have the misery of getting beat by a cheater than the misery of needing to cheat to enjoy an online game, in my eyes, cheaters belong to single player games and are not made for online gaming at all. At last but not least, a brief disclaimer, I don't have any friends that I could tell have been banned and I want them to return, indeed the people who knows me ingame should know that I don't have any ties with other players at all more than playing with a few here and there and those also knows that I'm not a very attached person and I end up ghosting a lot or simply playing alone a lot sometimes. I do know of people who was either too dumb to fall into cheating and got banned, who I blame for that but feel guilty of not being able to prevent them from doing it if I'd know, and I know of people who got banned for other reasons than cheating so I'm no one to judge, still, I insist that I don't have any personal interest on anyone in particular to return. Did you try logging in to your old forum account? We still kept our names, just had to log in to activate them again.

So the FFA boxe exploiters got unbanned but all the FFA legendries they got from the exploiting are still on their accounts... Hope you gonna delete them LO.

Players who stick to the rules mostly never got themselves into a situation like this and now the "Unbanned community" keeps moaning. By the way: According to different district chats, everyone unbanned claimed he/she was falsey accused of scamming/cheating. Ain't that a surprise, eh?

Just in case, i've gotta point something else too, many people used to buy and sell on forums (outsiders) for real cash, maybe some of those weapons were linked to accounts banned for fraud, and when they found the source of the weapons they took em out, i don't know, i'm just trying to link all the stuff together, but as i said before...maybe it's just bad luck.

I had the same problem because I signed into the RU server. Go back and make a new account, but this time chose the NA server and everything will be there.

I don't want to accuse noone, i just want to point this out, i know one guy who used to scam, he's on my friendlist once he logged back on his account after today's unbans he didn't find "his" LEGENDARIES, same happened with another guy who was known for scam, i suppose those who didn't find their Legendaries problably scammed or did something unlegit. It might be a stroke of bad luck or pure chance .. but I still wanted to let you know.

any1 else had this? ive checked several accounts, all banned before fairfight was in apb, all banned by gms for cheating, because none of them got unbanned in the pb unban waves however, none of them are unbanned ive also had a ticket open for 2 weeks now without a response in 4 days so is it gonna be a 2month wait to get my accs back?

I assume so, when I initially tried logging into my account I used the email I assumed I used to create the account, and it worked. It did say though that "I needed to reset my password because it had been awhile since the last login" or something like that. So I figured that was the correct email, and I'm also on this website where it says my account was created in 2015

i was banned 2013. My account is still banned. Error/Login Failed Account Login has failed. This account has been permanently suspended. (Error code 10008)

yeah so just unban cheaters and leave players who got banned with no explanation over years banned.. great step LO IMO accounts which got banned by prick admins had to be priority over kids using aimbots

Hi all, I use to play back around 2014-2015 and was unfairly banned for what was suppose to be a 'FairFight' ban. Even though when I contacted fairfight etc they never said I was banned and G1 at the time wouldn't allow me to contact them. The message below was what I received which was an inappropriate activity, which to me is quite vague and was very frustrating at the time. Someone with access to this account was observed performing an inappropriate activity which violates our posted Terms of Service policy. This account has been permanently closed due to behavior contrary to the policies of our Terms of Service. This account will not be unblocked and all current/future tickets will be closed with no further action taken. Any idea's to the possibility of an unban, as I'd love to come back and play again. (Missed my Vegas G20 )
