Hello, I did spend over 9000 G1C While the 50% was going on and almost everything went OK, but I made one Mistake and I did order the wrong Weapon. Now i have 2x the almost same Weapon! Is it possible to change it to the Weapon I want? It's Account Lifetime and the Price is the same! Will I get Help if I open a Ticket? @MattScott -
People were making accounts, gifting items, and then doing chargebacks. Was a real headache for both G1 and LO.

Joker Tickets need to be fully reworked into a currency that can truly bridge the gap between pure F2P players and the in-game store. A currency that you earn, that can be used to provide near full access to ARMAS. To do this effectively, it needs to be account-wide. Therefore, make Joker Tickets account-wide.

Re-log from different account (and/or different characters maybe) without game restart and you'll get degraded performance no matter of system spec. -
You have to reset it. It expires. And for whatever reason me and many others don't get the email to our emails. So now I have to play on a fresh account if I want to play. Just to clarify this is a new account I made to handle my old account situation.

Ok so a while back I got the high roller bundle and loved the Shredder DF that it came with. I looked all over for a permanent versooin but all that was available was the EB and SB RD 3. They are both fine and I already own the EB but would like the DF version so I can have one with e drum mag. It's a petty thing but I do like alittle astetics as well as functionality. I know I am wierd xD -

There currently is no way to merge accounts as has been stated by @Majiik. Though Lixil has since stated that they are looking into this being a possibility in the future if accounts meet certain requirements. -

Heya, with the sale going on I ran into a small issue and I'd love some answers from other players that currently have character-bound weapons on their accounts. I know that we can purchase upgrades from character-bound weapons to account-wide ones, but I'm curious about two things: 1) What is the price of said upgrade? Is it the difference between the 2 prices? i.e char-bound costs 1500g1c, acc-wide 2000g1c resulting the upgrade price costing 500g1c? 2) Does it get affected by sales? The gun prices above are affected by the sale, they usually cost 3000/4000g1c respectively which would result the upgrade price = 1000g1c. Does this upgrade also get discounted when sales pop up? Thanks a bunch! Edit: Anaiis helped me out in-game and to answer my questions to other people maybe searching for this at a later date like I searched before making this thread: 1) If weapon costs 3500/4000 undiscounted, the difference will be 575. So the difference + a bit extra. 2) No, it does not get affected by sales. Which is a complete bummer for me. The 3500/4000 gun would be 1750/2000 now with the 50% discount. You'd still have to currently pay 575g1c even with the sale going on.

I think the problem was people gifting things from another account and then cancelling their transaction asking for a refund through PayPal or their credit card, thus getting things for free. Not sure how they will "patch" that.

Might aswell just give us access to a public API which offers all match data for characters / accounts. Would also give us the chance to create unofficial leaderboards and so on.

...all those idi... people who think you can legally cheat now... What's your exact problem? The cheaters are there anyways, whether they re-roll or play on their original account. Those that were banned unfairly will be able to get back though. -

Once again, I'd like to state that gutting the matchmaking system and making it fully open, no TL taken into account, would be my solution for this. The playerbase is just too small at the moment and TL has caused so many headaches throughout APB's history - just scrap the lot and generally most players will probably have enough equal matches to make it worth it. Also reduces a ton of toxicity regarding TL being a perception of worth. -

it's really not. People will just use throw away accounts and keep getting banned until they figure out the thresh hold of how cheating they can get away with. I guarantee you there will be a lot of new characters running around testing these limits. -
Thank you very much for the constant updates, we know the LO staff is working diligently to improve our gaming experience and we appreciate it very much. I understand there are a lot of issues to address and maintain, but it would be greatly appreciated if by any chance you have an approximate date for the battleye patch/unbanning so we just have an idea...doesnt have to be an exact date..approximate would be great. Thank you!

Even if it is, players caught know they will get their accounts back with BE. Might as well go full blatant til then.

I highly doubt any cheater who gets banned in the time-frame between LO's announcement and BE's release, will get unbanned. It's a very simple thing to exclude accounts from X till Y date and you'd know that when making the announcement. Hence Matt's answer was "most accounts will be unbanned" ... not ALL. (some wouldn't cause of "other ban reasons, such as fraud" --- but you can also guess he wasn't gonna say explicitly "oh and those who cheat between now and the release of BE, since it'd be stupid to even mention this as a temptation to silly players - much smarter to just say "most accounts")
