    As for number 3, that is actually correct because the entire Vehicle is Patriot Jericho. Patriot is the brand, Jericho is the model.

    Except that it is not. Citadel is the home for the entire greater continent of Europe and every language under that belt. Just the same that Jericho is the home for the entire American continent.

    Wait. I have an even better Idea. Level up a character to 254 and then pledge to a different contact so you never hit 255. It is practically the same thing.

    Nekrova had a peak of like 100. But a lot of Russians stopped until the migration. I'd say about 10-15% population increase for citadel.
