Mine has been scanning at launch since 2014. I just close it when it says scanning and launch APB.exe directly.

Civilian cars use their own assets instead of sharing them with player vehicles so this wouldn't surprise me. I wish we would get that starter car from YoDawg already.

Just to clear things up. FPS and Hz are not the same thing, and are completely independent of each other. FPS is how many frames the game is producing per second. Hz is how many times your monitor refreshes per second. Games can run at higher FPS than the monitor's Hz. As for APB, the G1 devs went full retard. APB limits your FPS based on your monitor's Hz rating. 0-119Hz = 101fps. 120Hz = 145fps. (it might be 121fps for 120hz, not sure on that). Since you're using HDMI, make sure your monitor is set to 144hz. If it is, APB might not be detecting the 144hz option. Try using a DisplayPort cable and see if it fixes it. If not, try adding a custom 144hz profile using this guide: The HPET feature can severely limit your fps on new hardware. Some motherboards have this enabled by default, others don't provide a way to disable it. Disable HPET if you can. Other than those few motherboards, APB runs way better on the latest hardware. I have no issues recording 1440p 60fps videos while maintaining 100+ fps in game.

Both weapons could do away with the crazy hard damage. It's a huge disadvantage towards players under R195 who don't have blowtorch. They're also stupid OP against most mission vehicles due to them having really low HP. Than again, blowtorch shouldn't be able to repair on the spot, with no delay, faster than an ALIG can damage.

Every other match I have players who refuse to play the mission. I would gather as much of their hardware info as possible to make sure they can't return after deleting their account. Not banned, deleted. Make it impossible for them to get their crap back. I'm not being sarcastic. I want them gone, more so than cheaters. At least the cheaters want to play.

This is caused by the damage applied when a player jumps onto another player. The game thinks you're stuck on that player and kills them. It's really frustrating when you get a teamkill because the player happened to bump shoulders.

I reached gold 6 within a few hours and fluctuated around that until the new threat symbols came out, and didn't lose gold after. I still have fun pulling out explosives and ramming people with the Calabria. The only bad thing about being gold is you're limited choice of districts. It's impossible to get matches off hours.

A silver in bronze complaining about players playing in a lower threat district. Said silver is also griefing by refusing to play the mission.

Some countries have it automatically included, others don't have a tax atm. You could probably get around it with a VPN.

3.5 better use more than 2 cores. If not that's a huge downgrade from the current version.

The 'Condor' is kind of broken because it doesn't always show up on radar even after killing a player, but the default Raptor is perfectly balanced. It's easy to use but it's out classed by just about everything within their own niche.

I haven't played on my necrova characters since the G1 merge. Did they leave the weapon stats the same on there or did they get changed to G1's? I don't see an issue with a few players having permanent explosives. We already have the volcano.

Sounds like bronze has players who want to play. All I get on silver nowadays are full clans who refuse to show up to the objective.

What weapons specifically? The only one I know of is the snub with CJ3.

Contact support and your ISP. G1 or your ISP is routing traffic to the wrong location. You could try using a US based VPN as a temporary workaround until the issue gets resolved, although this may not work since WTFast does not work in your case.

Probably. I just know one of those patches removed the bloom curve.
