  1. Apologies If I misunderstood what you were trying to convey in the Q&A session, Also my memory does fail me from time to time. Thank you for the clarification and I'll look forward to reading the additional details.
  2. While it would be acceptable that regional languages may be used for regional recruitment for their respected servers. There isn't a forum for any other language, and to try and cater to multiple languages may not be practical. While the game is based in the US and Reloaded Productions is based in Scotland, I can't help but feel it is a bit unfair for people which do not have English as a first language. This isn't some SJW based rant, I just am a little torn. I agree with you but also feel we should find an alternative way to accommodate for such a rule
  3. That thing sure looks amazing, but you'll look like a bit of an derp because it looks more like a silk bath robe.
  4. As Sergsininia said, -$100. -$200, -$300, -$400 is not really anything compared to the $3million in cash and the next game they get rewards them with $1800 Also the game already DOES demerit players for team killing and killing themselves.
  5. Older guns are at a constant fire rate, damage drop off and accuracy could be calculated to find the most optimal load outs. APB is not Pay to Win and in fact in recent years... from about 2015 or so, new guns have tried to be reworked with new mechanics. These new mechanics adds variable characteristics which make the game not so much stat based and a little less predictable. (EG: Medusa, SWARM, Norsemen, ETC). Others have deliberately been made to not give a disadvantage to older/free guns. (EG: FR0G, Oblivion, Misery, SBSR Coroner & IRS / Death and Taxes pack, ETC). There will always be times when the devs may of missed the mark or sometimes when things come out not as intended, but the META changes and devs do review and rework guns now and then.
  6. Having a competitive district is a good idea in concept but hardly anyone plays in gold... So why would anyone play in competitive with no NPC cars, doors missing, reduced scores on certain weapons. I am a competitive player but this just seems like a empty district that is more try hard, There's no real incentive with reduced rewards and it sounds dull and boring with no NPCs. ...I'm sorry but in the politest way possible, what was the point of this?
  7. Long time no see Demon, Unfortunately there isn't a road map publicly released but i believe this to be a deliberate move so Little Orbit didn't set themselves up to fail. Matt has made it clear that Little Orbit do not want to build up expectations and hype, doing so can seriously back fire. The community may then start to distrust Little Orbit because of previous history with GamerFirst which is understandable. (Engine Upgrading coming Q1 2014™) Honestly, The Staff probably have easier time working with no expectations on them with time limits as well as preventing any disappointment. Good things come to those who wait, and so far Little Orbit has highly impressed and been most considerate to the player base.
  8. Cars in game now are cross platform now but with unique body kits to help keep distinct and help players distinguish player factions... also the different styling and theme help compliment the faction's image. Criminals being illegal, fast and fully customised with body kits, fabrications and reinforcement. Enforcers tend to have fast cars for pursuit but not racing, also tough, armoured and purpose built. While APB's customisation tools are unrivalled, APB would be more dull if the factions didn't have differing items and designs. Originally guns were also considered if they should be faction specific with both faction getting their own unique variants.
  9. It's hardly even a gray area! It's wise to just resume as if nothing changed and the old rules continue to stand unless stated otherwise. ...that's a no with exception to APB Advanced Launcher.
  10. I suspect the characteristics of the vegas would change with a lowered suspection... It's a 4x4, but at those speeds and going off road may cause random collision with curbs and the slightest bump in the road... more suspension travel compensates for that.

I kinda agree with Evage. You have to fill out and email a application form to apply to be a mod, just like applying for a real job. The fact you have written on the forum regarding wanting to be a mod with "I am famous too much" being a reason, that's really a shallow explanation of why you should be a mod... It has been over a month since Little Orbit has taken over since took over so there is a backlog of Customer support tickers, Customer Support ticket issues can't and VERY rarely would be resolved over the forum. "because I am famous too much, and" ...yeah you're drunk. Not sure if it the intention but if it was, bravo and good troll dude.
  13. The OSCAR for it's minimal bloom while having insane mobility for what it is, In concept a 2 shot carbine with similar characteristics as the Joker Carbine is nice in theory but for the gun model's size... it feels kind of wrong. I want to say the HVR scouts but that's only because of how people have used the gun, that's not the fault of the gun's stats, design or characteristics. The Yukon, Medusa and Orge as they melt people's faces but those are guns which just work best if used opportunistically.
  14. I don't know but I'm a cynical person. I kinda expect someone would try and find a way to abuse it, if it exists on the internet.
  15. My main character has a Cap 40 Sargent, OSCP Kommandant Heart, Colby .45, and R-2 Harbinger... I Think you mean the Obeya SLR762, of which I got the Broadside and Spartan so I could have different mods loadouts on both. The Obeya CR762 is just a stock. ...I didn't say this was a bad idea, I didn't say this shouldn't be a thing... I acknowledged that there was already historical guns in some Armas gear packs and as Joker Mystery Box rewards, and I also said that more would be ok but in moderation. Too much of a good thing?
  16. Well you used a Emoji... You don't think there isn't greater and more important things Little Orbit could be doing than a Facepalm reaction?
  17. Just to clarify, this suggestion is for trading money and item between character on the same account, and not with other players?
  18. I would report that person in the morai for interfering/greifing. It is a rare occurrence, but it's something that has always been overlooked by all previous devs I suspect.
  19. Just remove threat segregation. I've sen these threads so many times that my empathy and sympathy have become numb. If a new player struggles then need to look at where they went wrong and what can be learned from it, sometimes nothing could of changed the circumstances and there was nothing more one could do but try to learn from each and every opportunity. Open Conflict is meant to mix players DELIBERATELY but in a way that in balanced so both team get low threat players and high threat players while everyone's threat and rank is hidden. In reality it isn't working when next to no one goes in open conflict and also being in groups with friends kinda defeats the match making balancing system. Honestly the open Conflict model should of been implemented to all districts but without hiding threats or ranks, the fact you try to lock threats to district gives an incentive for players to try and find a work around or some loop hole to abuse.
  20. I question how appropriate it is for players to get bank truck, and if it is then is it a bit soon? Fire trucks and buses should spawn in district as NPC vehicles anyway?
  21. I am giving Little Orbit 1 chance, they probably should get more chances but with Battle Eye, lets hope that the hackers get banned swiftly. Sorry but I find the OP's message a bit of a red herring.
  22. This was the first thing that came to mind...
  23. Well laser rifles, nuclear warheads, motor cycles and helicopters are cool...
  24. That sounds... so tragic dude! Honestly I'm torn on identities hidden on both likes and dislikes. Likes: It is nice to know who sent them but then again not necessary, but as a cynic I wouldn't be surprised if someone just got a friend or another account to boost their rep with hidden identities... because Viagra just isn't effective enough! Dislikes: I can understand hidden identities would prevent retaliation, but at the same time someone that has a grudge could just stalk and dislike everything one posts, people get jealous and there are trolls on the internet so again I wouldn't be a surprise. As I said, Torn.
