I was thinking that there was a little bit of the potential for revenge down voting, but making down voters anonymous does pose the risk for forum trolling.

This is what's great about APB, It's ability to make creativity to grow and thrive! ...Just 1 thing, This isn't Saint's Row! Just why, this really isn't fitting to the theme of APB ...also oxygen and the vacuum of space, minor but also a significant detail there.

I think it was the game's hot mess of a code which prevented more customisation option but hopefully after some optimisation then we will see more style and options.

Be patient, they will be banned soon but Little Orbit wants to get a new Anti Cheat system in place and have it working in a way which works properly and not causing false bans just like FairFight did. If something is worth doing, It's worth doing right... A memo which didn't make it to GamersFirst office apparently.

Going to be honest with you, I'm not too keen on the idea of character aliases or anonymity after Mod Squad. That is a previous reputation issue with previous management and standards so it shouldn't affect the game now but I will take time to rebuild that trust in a character with a alternate identity with a position of responsibility.

That's a good shout. I too would like to see the flexibility to choose what colour the lights are for light bars... unfortunately It may be a bit much to ask for both in coding in and limitations. Also maybe make the Han Coywolf headlight with enforcer flashers unlocked at max cop rank?

But the issue still remains that anyone could came to offer help but then abuse that trust, This is what happened with MiddleMan traders. I'd think it would be best if Little Orbit had delegated GMs to vouch for SPCM applicant or to suggest inviting them to the program. If people view SPCM as elitism or a unfair privilege then that is a overall community perception problem that needs to be considered how to change that image, Just like how GamerFirst staff will are working on APB but just under Little Orbit now... These fools drove the game into the ground but they're still got a job and are now fixing the game with guidance.

Look the community already had a toxic environment, I can't imagine a dislike button is going to kill off the community any sooner. Negative comments can be constructive criticism if handled as such by either the sender or receiver, it is equally on the sender to be constructive as it is on the receiver to take feed back on as such. Personally I think not having a dislike is healthy as it's another way for people to express themselves. Not having a dislike is only going to have people write out more negatively in the comments instead. It also feels a bit childish that as adults we can't dislike something, I want to say political correct or mother henning of the site's host almost. It's down everyone to be responsible enough to not go crazy with it... I guess that's why GamerFirst locked the number of likes to prevent some sort of perceived elitism or popularity content. Dude it's just a number!

APB's graphics would be optimised but I think it's more the game mechanics, features and standard operations that would see the most benefit. It does open the door for better quality models and textures for future content though, but don't expect previous content to get a total make over so it beautiful in 4k any time soon.

New body work and parts for vehicles would be nice, but my dream would be to have the ability to turn on sirens and light controls independently. With a muffler mod, to roll into a area with lights on but able to turn sirens off for a stealthy approach would be so good! Also a second siren which I could switch to while driving, Yes you do have those 2 sirens which combine others but that's looped. Lastly, I agree more lights variants are needed and more modern ones as technology improves. Personally I feel that vehicles in game do not have enough side lighting.

First off... Are you suggesting this mechanic be applied to all guns because if so then that's going to change all the gameplay and I think it would be too drastic of a change and the community overall would be up in arms. As @freq commented this would be changing the game paces and style in a way which would be interesting, but maybe not for the best. To mix this mechanic with current game mechanics... It would have to be a select number of guns with projectiles and a select types of weapons getting them. The two styles of mechanics may just not work out for projectiles with the current game mechanics. Saying all that, APB already has projectile physics of sorts with rockets and grenades. But on that note, APB in it's unoptimised format may not be able to handle too many projectile weapons... Fight club coming to mind primarily. I don't think this is a bad idea, but it's a bit soon and would need some serious consideration about how it would be implemented.

Well yes, I did come to that conclusion with it being a fairly common occurrence. But while I'm happy for your to vent your frustration on myself if it makes you feel better, I urge Little Orbit to please DO NOT "ban"/kick/remove people upon changing threats... or block them either for that matter. The changing of the threat system to force players threats to be segregated into different districts is when people started dethreating and it wasn't a problem before. I understand this isn't what lower threat players want to hear but honestly if you don't challenge yourself then you won't improve, I'm not saying "Git Gud Noob", at the same time I am not saying that these comments of upset are insignificant or should be ignored. Just trying to find a middle ground with the lesser of two evils. You can't please all the people all of the time.

It has been a bane of a lot of people's gameplay since the day APB was released by Real Time Worlds. However I'm sorry to say that more significant changes are needed for the running of the game than that lamp post in financial... I'm sure everyone has hit it at least 5 times. Lamp posts should be destructible really, just like new paper boxes, stop sights... even traffic lights

Tutorials and guides are nice and helpful but not a replacement for the knowledge from years of experience that can be applied fluidly to differing players and scenarios. SPCT was good in ironing out some of the bugs before they were released to the wider game so I don't see why not ...SPCM... I see a lot of discontent with the old SPCM but under GamersFirst, is anyone surprised by this? I say lets give Little Orbit a chance to redo SPCM along with other things GamersFirst clearly fell short on.

Little Orbit acknowledges that a number of Fairfight bans were unfair or unjustifiable so they they will review cases. Matt Scott said that the next patch should include BattleEye as a new anti cheat system while FairFight will remain. GMs in game will be monitoring things also in game. (I know, shocking right!) Anyway to use the word "ban" with that context is a bit strong don't you think, besides the broken Threat System is unrelated to cheating and unbanning people.

I play a game with a community as loving and caring like this... And people wonder why I am uptight and unsocial.

Just because someone got away with rule breaking elsewhere, doesn't mean it's not rule breaking or an excuse.

One doesn't want to be pedantic but to avoid any potential infractions on forum rules, is a Youtube/Twitch/Mixer channel considered a "community" Such a cute little sweety! ...but yeah that is unnecessary and anything other than a title may come across as a privilege which may not help with community interactions with what the previous ModSquad were like in mind.

Also does this mean I cannot link my Steam account profile in my signature or profile? It's something i had on the old forum and it was my way showing who i am and allowing others the opportunity to get in contact and maybe play with someone I might not of meet before.

It is on you if you didn't read the dev blog, forum posts, tweets, facebook posts... for the past half a month. Finally APB is getting repaired, new content, customer service and community interactions that genuine care and the love and respect it should of had. Don't you think you're initial response was a bit of a over reaction.
