Do you really think that these historic guns are fitting with the themes of the war on the streets of San Paro? For legendary JMBs and as part of a pack exclusively It is ok in moderation but I feel this list is a bit much. I would say though that a Bolt action in game rifle is something I think could be added in game, It would need a sniper rifle animation but kept in the Rifle(semi) class. Also a double barrel shotgun is something that is a bit overdue. The Browning BAR M1918 should still be ok because of it's ammo count it would probably be lower than average LMGs, it would make it distinct and adds to the variety of LMGs in game.

This is something I've been calling for for many months. I'm sorry but why the hell were people who abused the system allowed to keep their rewards which then become exclusive. I think the Temptress needs to be released as well as the Banner, and if Refer a Friend system was to be reimplimented then I'd suggest to Little Orbit to consider some new rule sets around it and to give it new rewards which would be fore the referral not the referrer. I'm sure there is a fair few number of legitimate referrals but it was exploited to death. GamersFirst Staff even said that the system wasn't used as intended and people were taking advantage of it... which is by their own definition was breaking their own Terms of Services but no one got banned and sheepishly just ended the program and left it at that. @AlishaAzureOfficial The Joker Distribution store primary intention was to give players ticket to redeem Armas content and higher level mods to try out. I think the word you are looking for is "consistency", to which GamersFirst were known not to have in customer support standards, community engagement standards, content standards and business standards! Also don't draw that comparison of a Firebomb because you can unlock it now in game as well as buy it on Armas. In game, on Armas, in Joker Distribution... You cannot unlock the Temptress or Cap 40-C BY ANY MEANS NOW! Normally I am against releasing exclusive stuff to Armas only for staff to make a profit off of it, but either the Cap 40 and Temptress goes on Armas or have it sent to all accounts that were active during the Refer a Friend BETA. It is not about releasing more exclusive stuff to Armas. This is about an injustice where staff screwed up so badly that they couldn't fix it and effectively gave rewards which became exclusive to people for exploiting the game, which would normally result in account bans! In my original post I actually suggested some poetic justice, that the accounts that use RAF system would get blocked form receiving the next new gun to be released either as a loyalty reward or in a new RAF system! (still considering if that's something if that would be fair). I had referred friends but I told them not to use the system as I expected there was going to be ban waves for the exploitation, I didn't want to get myself or my friends caught up in those ban waves so i deliberately abstained from it. ...I feel robbed, It feels like we've been punished for doing the right thing. It's about being right by whom? We did the right thing and we received nothing and our feedback was completely ignored, what an insult! Of course not but with such a long to-do list, I would have to believe no member of staff is being spared and they are working to capacity. Unless anyone here is a manager of a business, I don't think any of us can fully appreciate how much of a work load an acquisition is.

Can we PLEASE not repeat the behaviour expressed towards GamersFirst without giving Little Orbit a chance, they've been busy with the implementation of BattleEye, been undoing unfair bans and setting up their customer service. It's a lot of work so please keep expectations in check.

Don't you think you answered your own question? Free stuff or sales may be a sign of generosity to the community, but it also could be perceived as a attempt to encourage people to buy from Armas indirectly. Personally I find it a bit of a hollow gesture, actually FIXING the game is more meaningful. If you need a reason to spend money on Armas then don't do it because we are seen as cash cows ready to be milked dry, Do it because Little Orbit have been and still are working hard to earn their pay.

Oh for god sakes... It was crystal clear with GamersFirst and just because a new company has come in, nothing has changed in respect to game files and third party software. If you didn't need it before, then you don't need it now!

...What do you mean a non competitive mod just for the sake of fun? APB is a PVP game, It's not like there is a casual and ranked mode. I suppose one could stretch to allow cross platform on Fightclub as end game results do not impact standing or threat. Sorry but I just disagree with cross platform PVP games as the cultures of different platforms are different from each other. In theory it's nice to play with friends and more people but PC players are competitive and fairly serious and fairly mature, Play Station I'd say are a also fairly mature with the obvious disadvantage of controllers compared to a mouse and keyboard... then there is xbox! That's all I'm going to say!

When were you banned, more than a year ago? how many accounts do you think have been banned falsely, more than 1000? And how long have Little Orbit been in their new job? ...a month! With all due respect, you got your account back but Little Orbit are working to capacity I'm sure to address as many of the community's issues, GamersFirst did a lot of things wrong and some record and details were not finished, saved and may not be recoverable. As @Hey! says, Little Orbit have no obligation to do anything, the fact you got your account unbanned is a miracle by APB standards! Please show some appreciation for their hard work and keep expectations in check.

For staff to try and somehow find out how many hours each banned account had left of premium is not realistically possible. Little Orbit out of a gesture of good will could offer all banned accounts like a 3 day premium code to redeem.

I think if you hate someone so much that you have to stalk them, then that's pathetic and a waste of time. It's just going to result in a harassment claim and a potential ban. I can't say in my time on APB that I've had someone use the friend system like this but if it has happened, and it is that bad the why not have blocks over ride friends so that friend that block you don't show up as online? People keep making convoluted suggestions for every little niggle in this game and is it necessary.

Maybe because it's the internet and people judge people for on who they are and not where they're from? My main 2 characters are NA because EU server was offline when I created my account, I would like my main characters to be played to a native server but that's not an option by any means.

Accessories and some items from other countries would be fine as nod and reference to the cultures, but full Asian or European historical armour may be a bit too much against the theme and feel of APB. It just feels like APB would heading towards Fortnite then IMO.

Anyway Little Orbit's priorities right now is to get Battle Eye up and running, efforts to get the game engine to be universal with all platforms as well as to further upgrade it will come later. It hasn't been elaborated if this means no new content till the job is done, like G1 claimed.

You've not given Little Orbit a full month as a chance, It's not nice having cheated in game no but they're not just swapping out USB drives...
