Ok I can agree with selective areas being redone, One area that comers to mind not to touch would be the Maria and shopping centre of Waterfront. However the more industrial areas and units could do with some additional run down features especially with so much open space not fully utilised. Maybe central park and town hall in financial should be unaltered as landmarks, but I can't think of many locations that would be complimented by redesigns other than constructions zone. Slums or squalor aren't words I would of used, again I can't think of many locations that could be described as such in San Paro other than Asylum which a unique district in it's own right.

Sounds like average human social stuff, nothing exceptional reflecting on APB's community standard and hypocrisy is hardly the most "toxic" about some people in the community. I think for someone who says they ignores, I think you do need to thinking your skin up a bit. The forum has it's a rule set and while the National laws are to be followed, Little Orbit is a private business and organisation and has the right to alter or delete any (user or their own) content at their digression. Freedom of speech is the right to express yourself without the threat of prosecution, it's not a automatic right to say whatever, whenever and where ever you want. With that said. Thank you for your opinion but as other people have stated, no anti-cheat systems both automated and manual are 100% accurate. Little Orbit only came in to take over GamersFirst this earlier this year and they brought BattleEye to APB:Reloaded. This should is a more reliable anti-cheat but being still new in it's application, there may be teething issues and adjustments may be needed. ...seriously why am I even wasting my time writing this and taking it seriously...

It has been questioned before why are NPCs so unphased going about their day despite the war in the streets going on. Maybe add boardered up/smashed windows and doors, Parked nuetral cars maybe spawn in with a random amount of damage. Also as well as graffiti around town, I've not seen any Anti/Pro Mayor Jane Derren banners or posters despite NPCs talking about the CSA. To be honest I'd expect town hall to be surrounded by banners and placards even if protesters have been scared off by all the guns shots from all over town. I'd put this down to an oversight by RTW and RP just put additional environmental additions on the lower priorities. For a city that doesn't have a fire department and a lot of exploding cars, there sure isn't a lot of structural fires or smoke. This is likely down to game engine limitations. I think it would be interesting if there were NPCs fighting each other too. I have to agree that even riots that lasts 1 night in real life don't look as mundane as San Paro, for a city in chaos it's in an overall better state than some parts Detroit!

Only on the forum there is a restriction to advertising being kept to signatures only, this is to just prevent spamming of self promotions. In game there is no restrictions and frankly it would be bad public relations as a business for Little Orbit to ban people from advertising in game or on the forum completely. I mean these streamers and youtubers are effectively giving free promotion of APB. But the reality is that APB isn't as popular as it used to be and the game is quite dated in Game Engine, Graphics and concept. APB hasn't has much change in over 10 years and GamersFirst didn't help that much in the past 2/3 years. As other people have pointed out, Self advertising streams is just going to draw attention of people who are willing to take advantage of live streams if it means they win the game or simply to troll. I've not seen any French Mimes in game so they must be banned?

If Radar Beacon has the hard damage as a boom box then it may be a bit strong, I can envisage times when it could be considered OP but also valuable. half the range of a Mobile Radar Tower, That's perfectly fine. The Proxy-Mine is a anti-personnel mine, so I find myself going why not keep it's affect but have it as a claymor? Invisible Mutagen Vial i think is pushing the boundaries of what would be appropriate and fitting to APB's theme... Also I feel that this would be one of the most disposable and quickly used up consumables if invisibility is lifted from damage being taken or the user shoots their weapon. However I something that would make it more worth while is taking inspiration from the Raptor 45 condor: 3 shots from the user would remove the affect, If the player gets 10% health or stamina damage then again the consumable stops. This would make it a bit more viable and snipers* would only be able to get 1 kill. I am not sure if it would be possible to have Invisible Mutagen Vial would have any affect making guns invisible due to skins. ...I do see applications of how I.M.V. can be used but I'm not sure if APB is quite ready for this, it seems a bit scifi/fantasy for APB's theme. One has to remember that holiday events are just that, yearly one off event that don't really reflect the overall lore, feel and theme of APB, Just a special occasion to do something exceptional. Oh and It is still a mod, It's a consumable mod, they go where other player mods go!

This mod would bring more prominence of tank play styles and load outs, It's something you don't see much in APB. While I find myself thinking this is going to be a bit harsh for long range weapons, but the negatives are a blanket treatment to all weapons so a shorter range, firing rate and less accuracy CQC weapons may be balanced.

The TL;DR of Cambridge Analytica is not only did they use their service user's information for "academic purposes" for research (political), But they also analysed their service user's friends personal details on Facebook without authorised consent... This third party app could then bypassed privacy settings on private accounts! It was just as much on Facebook for not picking up on this loop hole and being too lenient with apps. This should be an outlying incident but this happens every week at various sizes and severity. The offical site host SHOULD hold your personal information safe and securely but it's only as safe and secure as the weakest point of data storage or transfer. ...I can't help but think how wide spread Equifax was I mean there is nothing to say that someone can't skim your credit card in person when paying for your dinner without realising it. Feeling a strong parallel to the arguments of overly protective parents in regard to bacteria and viruses, to the point of being scared of their kids getting autism from vaccines. And then they wonder why their kids don't have an immunity when they don't play outside. I guess what I'm saying is as long as the External Game Observer doesn't involve Armas, It's just a computer game account albeit with a lot of time and money spent on it. At the end of the day, it falls upon LO to make sure it's coding doesn't allow for any flaws, while monitoring all service users (including third parties) for any potential abuse of host services. All service users are expected to equally do their part to not take advantage of potential exploitable issue and to report any abuse or flaws.

There really isn't a lot of unique gun mods that do that, All of them are considered "Bound" mods and are more of a place holder for custom coded weapons that are built deliberately. Even if these guns had their mod slots unlocked and the "mod" was removed, the affects of the mod would not be. If you remove the Intelligent recoil stabiliser from a AMG-556 Medusa, the gun wouldn't change at all, It wouldn't behave like a AMG-556 Euryale. Those "mods" are part of the gun's custom made properties and cannot be removed.

I personally like playing enforcer faction vs criminal faction without having to think about contact standing/ rank or having my threat level change. But obviously this means that games are rarely perfectly balanced. We have project "Riot" in development which would be an updated version of Choas District/Anarchy (What 2018 halloween was based off). It is a solution that would work, but I find myself asking is it a solution people want enough though?

In principle I agree with all of these, obviously the game engine may need a little bit more work to make the implementation and use of such mods stable in use. I think 30% reduced range on Hard damage mod would be a bit harsh, 25% would be more forgiving. The vehicle speed mod would not be orange and Orange mods are mods which are activated mods and require the player to toggle them. While I don't see the need for Nitro to be paired up with Speed mod, Nitro is a mod which needs to be activated. Speed mod would be a passive mod which doesn't need to be activated, the fact it affects the speed, and damage/heath of the entity (vehicle), This would make it a green mod. Alternatively It could be a purple mod for miscellaneous properties Anyway, those are just technicalities and I still agree with the concept in it's principles.

...I admit to being naive when it comes to coding but why is an email or password needed for account information which can be check in game even by other players inspecting. I would of thought it's more on the side of the devs to make statistics accessible, Or is it a case of all account data or none?

Deja vu, Another event which is going to become a grind? ...Why do this so soon after halloween, Then we got Christmas. Yeah we've all been waiting and protested against GamersFirst for a negligible level of procrastination on the Engine Upgrade, Little Orbit has done more in 3 month than GamersFirst did in 3 years. Little Orbit do deserve a chance. When Little Orbit took over, server population was struggling to hit 1000 players a day. As a "Free to Play" game, It was just as much needed for Little Orbit to show it was taking things seriously and that APB:Reloaded wasn't abandoned or dying. To me it seems to be a recovery of public relations, Just as much as a working on quality of life for APB. -edit- APB had NO new content for over 2 years before LO took over.

Holiday events always bring back people from inactivity, this includes the odd hacker and it is a prime time for someone with malicious intent to try a DDoS attack. Things are improving slowly and will get better but during the holiday event, don't be surprised that there is more signs of the servers straining from higher demand.

I believe Administrator Permission is required for optimal use of anti-cheat systems. I could be wrong but if that is the case then it may not be possible.

Speak for yourself, I may use a big vehicle like a Pioneer or Espacio for protection for either myself or and item. My cars are tools and weapons as much as transport. One scenario I face now and then is I spawn my pioneer with steel plating 3 and mobile supply unit, Some random gets in as I do. Sometimes I don't mind the extra pair of hands and at other times I have a specific plan of attack in mind. I get to the scene and get behind my truck, using it as cover while tapping into the mobile supply to keep my gun fed... Then the rando gets back into my truck and either wants to get to another position, or just flat out takes my truck for a joy ride. And I'm left there in the open with no cover and sometimes outnumbered as this noob doesn't help the mission. ...Like, he could take the truck for a spin after the game if he asked..! Another scenario is people get into my Espacio loaded with explosives 3 in and I've got a remote detonator with the intention to use it! Again some random with jump in the truck as I spawn it, or someone sees the Espacio and think "That truck is parked nicely and isn't being used, I'll just borrow it to get over to that sniping spot". I parked that truck there deliberately for a planned ambush, then got to take time to explain that the truck is a rigged bomb and to get out or be killed. ...And no, "Yea this truck is the bomb" is not a reply to give to me with a remote detonator in my hand at the ready! If they don't get out then I'll activate the detonator with them inside, so I can respawn the vehicle and consider a new plan or retry the same trap. You might want the Drive By achievement or an extra pair of hands when you get to the objective. yeah... sorry but my pet peeve is contrary to your and my vehicles do not have word "Taxi" marked on them! It is easier to say "Get in" than to say "Get out" before the passengers get confused and I have to explain why.
