I assumed it was retired because not enough demand to justify keeping it up on Armas. Speaking of which, Matt said the team was looking as potentially removing some other less popular guns to make space on Armas.
-
...why are there sub forums and a main forum... What the heck falls under neither in game or forum suggestions?
-
...Probably because it is not on sale... LE means Limited Edition (although it never really is). It most likely won't be on Armas again until Black Friday.

Someone already posted this suggestion in the game suggestion forum earlier today... I want it as much as the next person but which would require a total revamp of pretty much every gun model in the game.

Admittedly I didn't mention it or make it clear but I agree that this is a very valid and significant problem for APB, I have read a number of threads and have spoke to a range of players. Veteran players have mixed emotions over the issue with some saying that they just need to improve the game the hard way like the rest of other, Others agree that it is a bit harsh and that other experiences players are making the overall community look bad. Sorry but This fix isn't really fixing the underlying issue and while the options in the range of districts is nice, It is a fine balance to keep a open range of districts and not diluting the population of a server. ...did you imply that I am insane? Anyway I've been with APB since CBT too and I want the best for APB but this is good... but it's not quite the best solution i'm afraid. I would like to elaborate but i got to go to work I'm afraid. Before I go, I put it down to Gamer's First poor performance that brought APB down. It is easier to retain customers than getting new ones.

Hey, I've not had that much trouble with it. Just don't Rambo!

First Thing That Should Of Been Done

While you say fix the servers, others would argue why play APB when cheaters are running around and getting away with it... Chicken and Egg, honestly lets just let Little Orbit do their job in a way that they feel most suitable. -

player population pool is too small for this to work, It's like adding an extra third more space for players. Bare in mind that the game with try to auto assign players to a most appropriate threat district, most bronze players won't use the advanced district select tool so higher threats try to join them. This new system of yours would have to auto assign players into the new locked thread obvious or it isn't going to work. I will say this will lesson the problem of mixed threats and abusive higher threat players but I am unconvinced and again the number of players in servers are too low to add further districts to servers. Again no, it feels like a solution but it doesn't fix the problem... like building a wall of sand bags around a leaky pipe, this doesn't address this issue of the broken threat system. This merely just address the result of the broken threat system. And again lower player numbers in all district makes a smaller range of opponents in each district, This doesn't improve match making. xHenryman90x is right... That was OC's original intended purpose. Open Conflict actually WAS indented for new players as much as veteran, High ranked/threat players would be mixed with Low rank/threat players on the same team. This mix of skills would apply to both team and balance each other out. All players threat and ranks are hidden to add a little bit of competitiveness without the biases. In theory it should help new players get better, in reality it causes frustration for everyone and the system is undermined by friends playing together in formed groups. Also for players who are as brave, going against opponents which have hidden threat and ranks can be intimidating. As it stands, The number of players in servers are too low for the balancing of matchmaking in Open Conflict, so it has become a bit of a try hard district but it is unintended. (Not really beneficial to the suggestion or feedback but just an FYI). Everyone already have districts for themselves, That is the point... the problem is people abuse it and you say locking threat and ranks is not the answer, but you are suggesting locking threat and ranks but with the option of keeping the old district which is nice to have that option. This does not address how the current broken system works or the abuse of the system. I'm going to say what I always say. Again on the same account a player can make a new character and their threat would drop, rank of the new character would be reset. This doesn't compensate for experience in threat.

...Yeah sorry but it would be a TOTAL rework of all models of every gun in APB, that is a lot work... As much as I want it as anyone else, It would take at least a year to do. ...hmmm...

While they may not catch the "Reloaded" Part... Most people who play APB:Reloaded would know what you meant if you just referred to it as "All Point Bullet" or just "APB" It is a over all brand issue. It is a mix of not being a good enough gave overall to retain new players and some older players are leaving with GamersFirst poor performance, but also Marketing tends to be drowned out by other larger open world games. I mean Real Time Worlds first released All Point Bulletin but then the business went under and GamersFirst bought All Point Bulletin and renamed it APB:Reloaded, So the name of the game may go by a range of variants of the same thing... If people do fail to identify with APB or All Point Bulletin then it's a total brand issue, and not just the "Reloaded" part.

There may be a sale on the 4th of July. You can haggle at a local store but an international business isn't going to do on demand sales!

Christmas isn't fun, unique and special as a holiday if it was to run 365 days a year. While I agree a new game mode and maybe a new map would be more worth while content than some guns, clothing and car body kits, I'm going to be a bit selfish and say that I'd rather keep 12 Death of Christmas just for Christmas. It wouldn't be as fun and special if it became another common game mode like fight club.

Honestly people will judge other players by their mission performance. If not by their rank or threat then people will judge by Kill/Death ratios as if this was Call of Duty. Threat segregation if lifted would remove the incentive for dethreating and I'm sorry to the newer players but they can't complain about a game which every opponent is randomised.
-
Uhhhhh... Lost count how many times I've said this. Locking threats is what started dethreating. Also on APB you can create more then 1 character, Max rank players can make more characters and just by pass the rank based threat system A player's true threat really needs to factor in hours spent in action/fight club districts, K/D ratio, and each game's performance percentage wise in missions.

So the premium players get richer than they already do with unlocked customisation limits. Also how would this work, players set the price on the Marketplace so sellers would only raise their prices up more.I am a cynical person so please forgive me but this suggestion talks about the marketplace more than customisation... It is clear that the customisation limit for players without premium is too low and need consideration, but premium pays for the upkeep of APB so what is the real benefit to premium if not for customisation limits lifted.

Crossbows have been suggested before along with bow and arrows. In real life the national guard would be deployed with marshal law, But it's a game so I'm sorry if Enforcers Vs Criminals may not make sense to you for some reason, mediveil armour does not fit the theme of San Paro with gangers and bounty hunters. I did read your post and I'm sorry but while I want new content as much as the next person, I won't want APB to go on a heading like Fortnite.
-
A few things... Don't you think half of your even half of your list is asking for much? Everyone wants new content but give LittleOrbit time and I'm well aware of what the community is wanting.
-
...Forgive me but I think someone has been playing too much fortnite.

You know what I'm going to say right. ...Animators...

My opinion is that there is more higher priorities than a fart emote and you're being rather immature about it. Also I may have brony friend, but i am not a brony.

Please be patient as working on a game engine is complex to match the game's code with the engine's code, it's something that could takes months and even years. Just a polite suggestion that maybe waiting till tomorrow's post before enquiring about further updates.
-
If other players are throwing the match then it does need addressing but there is little point in getting upset. Honestly I can't believe that there have been many bans over team kills to the point of people rerolling new accounts, but that doesn't mean don't send a report to customer support. I'm going to disagree respectfully and say that Friendly Fire does make plays work more collectively, alternatively maybe Casual districts could be added where Friendly Fire can be disabled.

The suggestion and the over compensation in language for the no vote... It's funny how sometime people show they age online in written text without realising it. -edit- Like in real votes, abstaining/not voting can be a move!
-
That really didn't make your suggestion any more potent. Hmmmm... Which is better running around in bikinis or a bath robe. I don't think that picture did your suggestion and trench coats in general much justice. Also don't be surprised when there is ultimate freedom on the internet, to the point people can be who they want with less risk of repercussions or negative responses than that of real life. If people want to play as a women on APB then they can but cross dressing in real life is... brave. But we know that most of the time it is just eye candy which is a disappointing to see being fairing common place to resort to just more skin on show.
