It's overused because the other green mods are absolute garbage, with flack jacket being an exception as it can sometimes be good. Clotting Agent is fine on its own, just buff/rework the other mods.

You know I almost felt a little high when you nerfed Spotter last week. I don't wanna seem ungrateful, but I am feeling a burn inside of me, hoping that the Spotter nerf serves as fuel to remove the imbalances of other mods.

Hey Team, if possible, could you make another statement on what exactly happened with EAC? I've seen from different angles of the community that many people interpreted the message in different ways, which just leaves a lot of confusion. If legally possible, I think an elaboration of what exactly happened would be appreciated by many people. Kind Regards

They have certainly tried and had good results. It's only getting worse because we had to go back to BE. Which is unfortunate.

Good luck. Some things are almost objectively too good, but people disagree. You can take a stand (like we did long ago) and decide what to ban after thorough discussion with different people, but we had a decent amount of people boycotting because of some rules they didn't like. If you don't take a stand and let the community decide you'll be changing rules forever. I don't wanna discourage you, but this isn't gonna be easy. Perhaps with a decent prize pool you'll have people play by your rules.

Speaking from experience: The problem with tournaments in APB is that the community is very split on the rules. Currently there are some decidacted premade groups that have very strict and imo good rules. For example the PMG just isn't allowed at all and weapon classes are limited. Some of the OP mods like spotter aren't allowed either. It's going to be an absolute nightmare to make rules that both sides of the community will adhere by. That is basically the reason a huge tournament me and Kemp had planned some years ago, simply never happened.

No. All of this is justified and preferably it should be removed as a mod entirely. There is not much "counterplay" to Spotter even with the third change. You can hide in cover and will still get nade spammed or flanked from two angles. Not to mention that 3x15= 45 which means stacking three of those things and using it properly means you could have 100% uptime (which I've seen a lot of times). That's assuming you have no downtime inbetween fights, more often than not atleast two of the three are recharged by the next fight. It's horrible and it being nerfed is the absolute minimum. Spotter also has no downsides, even after this patch, There are a lot of sources for ammo and the only pseudo-downside would be that you can't use a blowtorch which is another busted mod.

I don't believe anything. This is the path I've chosen and I will keep going until I have a reason to stop or am stopped.

I think Spotter mod needs a maintenance guys. The duration is bugged. And its also game breaking.

personal opinion

For future reference I don't recommend attempting to copy a database of chars on the same day as the playtest. Copying the chars should have been done seperately by letting people log into the char select, but not enter districts.

They need to fix it. Today. It won't be any better next week either so a short delay like that is pointless. Everyone was waiting for this so canceling it is far from what to do.

Delaying it would be a death blow.
