I have played on Jericho for thousands of hours and by now, hundreds of hours on Citadel. De-threaters have always been an issue. Jericho is mostly dead now but on citadel I used to see at least one every day just recently. Considering that I have not had access to bronze servers for around 6 years now, my viewpoint is rather limited. Still, I'm confident in assuming that even worse scum is in those districts.

I just remember porkuspigus using three different civ cars in the same mission, to try and blow me up. Such commitment I can't but not appreciate.

The DMR is perfectly fine apart from the silencer downsides, which are bad for any gun atm. I purchased both the SD and AV version from ARMAS and it's quickly turned into my favorite weapon. It is by no means meta and does get outgunned on paper. Still, if you adjust your playstyle and put in the practice, you can win against the meta. It does require more effort though, so be prepared to lose some at first. Let me give you some personal tips, since I have a lot of hours with the gun: First off, no DMR is straight up better than the other. The SD and AV excel at different things. While the AV has decent hard damage, the preset mod setup prevents you from using 3PS, which will limit its flexibility in closer ranges. The increased recoil can mess you up when using the rapid fire technique, which I will tell you in a bit. The SD is a lot nice for 1 on 1 combat, due to the decreased recoil and open slots. For extreme long range, the SD is also the better choice due to the lesser recoil and the silencer. If you peak someone at 95m, it's almost impossible to tell where it's coming from by visual and audio queues. Only map knowledge would let a person figure out where your best hiding spot would be. Now, while the DMR is a heavy sniper on paper, do NOT play it like that. The DMR playstyle is unique because you play it like an OBIR, HVR, Dog Ear or Scout depending on the situation. Corner peaking with the DMR is really nice because it has relatively fast zoom in and you can insta pistol swap after a shot. You can use this at all ranges, even in CQC. Pop off a shot or two and then finish them off with your sidearm, as you would do it with an OBIR. See a guy in the open? Play it like a dog ear and just tap em down. Gets even quicker when you rapid fire. Very long range? Congrats, you hit like a truck. Just camp it out like an HVR, if you want to. And if you wanna style on your enemy, play it like a budget scout. Jump around and pop off shots inbetween jumps. This is risky though, just so you know. Finally, what is rapid firing? Well as the name implies you shoot as fast as possible. The DMR has sweet spots within it's zoom in timespan, where the gun is accurate enough to hit, without your crosshair being fully closed. This is hard to describe on paper, so you will just have to get a feel for it. Generally, from ranges 1-40m, a 50% closed crosshair should be accurate enough to consistently hit. At 80% closed you should hit up until around 70m, after that go for the fully closed shots. This technique allows you to lower your TTK by a good amount, which often surprises people. This is especially effective in close range peaking because you can delete over half the enemies health and then just pistol them down. Now, keep in mind that the DMR is NOT a better weapon than any of the ones I mentioned. They excel at their roles for a reason. Still, the DMR is a nice hybrid that I'm really enjoying. If only for the salt of two tapping people. Hope this helps

I can see the ammo nerf being reasonable, the other one not so much. The only thing that bothers me with the Ntec is how agressive it can be in cqc. All though this isn't an objective flaw, as it is a combination of stats and player skill. I've always preferred the play style of the scoped ntec, which can shred even harder on marksmanship mode after some practice, but is rather limited when it comes to going doomguy around corners. My personal suggestion has always been to make the ntec similar to the scoped ntec, but give it a little touch of love as well. -

If by mobility you mean the sprint speed I agree that shouldn't be touched. If you are referring to the insane jumpshot accuracy, the almost instant zoom in allowing for corner popping with zero risk or the fact that you can insta pistol swap after a 450 damage burst, then yes, one of these things should be looked at imo. The burst pistol swap cqc OBIR is so braindead that even I can do well with it. Then again I really dislike that forced delay they put on snipers, that's the main reason I use a DMR now. Honestly if they make it so you can't jumpshot as easily, I'm fine with the rest. -
That has never happened to me and I've never seen anyone claim this was an actual issue until now. Furthermore, you can turn off all titles which you should be doing anyway since they obstruct vision, especially in a packed fightclub.

Are grenades to powerfull in this game ?

I think you gotta keep in mind that this is a third person shooter, which makes holding angles a lot easier. Grenades need to be powerful or the odds of you successfully pushing a lot of spots in the game become very minor (assuming equally skilled opponents). That said, the grenade spam from ammo boxes and maybe the yolos need further thought, luckily this seems to be on LO's mind already. As a good example think of the spot at eva orlandez. It's essentially all corridor entrances, try pushing that without nades against a good enemy. I can agree that it can be annoying to dodge five nades before getting pushed but nerfing them too much would make certain places painfully hard to attack. -
@MattScott How will name changes work for characters with the same name on both servers that are on the same account too? Do you get to choose which character keeps the name or does one of the two get the namechange applied randomly? Furthermore I'm happy that I can play on EU with my mains soon, I have been waiting a long time to do so!

These sort of people are the worst scum in the game, far beyond cheaters and other stuff. The punishment needs to be more severe. Sadly we've been asking for it so many times over the years without a major step forward. I'd agree with martin here on a very lengthy ban, preferably permanent. I don't think this is appropriate for every de-threater but this example is just loath worthy. -
I feel as though there was zero thought put into how APB would be made ready to work on such a platform. Not to mention the cost and effort required vs the outcome. All games I've seen on the google stadia list so far are from major companies, I don't see how LO can afford this from any standpoint. Nevermind the fact that the game still has major issues outside of performance and hacking (which isn't a major issue tbc). There is no instant cure to anything.

I find this pretty amusing to read. The level of ego that you have to be on to believe LO has a bias against you while other people go free. You are no more than a number, time to land on the ground.

New JMB legendary drop rate and disclosure

They aren't required to post these numbers for the PC build, only for the console builds. If they wanted to be scummy they could have announced the new drop rates for the console builds but keep them the same for PC without saying anything. All though that would be a stupid move. That's how I understand it at least. -
Shortly before they pulled the plug, OC was pretty much only used to make high rank trainee chars. In hindsight I would have liked to push my trainee account higher than r40.
