The Loyalty rewards can be found in the 'Redeem codes' section: The loyalty rewards can be recurring, the "Gold Power Mystery Box" and "15 Day Premium" will keep coming back. Should there be issues beyond that, reach out to our Support Team who will investigate and resolve issues where possible. ~@mayii
