If this is an error you get at the login screen, there is normally some information explaining the error or giving an indication to what the issue might be. Would it be possible to post that as I'm sure not everyone is fully familiar with each error code and its meaning. ~@mayii

That error normally indicates that the servers are down for maintenance. This is in this specific case for the new patch: For future reference, the game is normally down on wednesday from around 9AM UTC for weekly maintenance and possible patching, the details of the patches can easily be found on https://gamersfirst.com/apb/patch-notes. ~@mayii

This is the minimum required rank for trading/market place When you join the social district it should give you a message in chat letting you know how long the trade lock should last for.
