This is part of the issues arising from the current on-going work to the servers as mentioned by Lixil in this thread: I have also merged this thread with the other threads on the server changes related issues. ~@mayii

I have moved this thread to the PC Bug and Tech Issues section of our forums. Which error are you getting specifically? The servers are currently not available due to ongoing server and networking changes so that could be the cause. ~@mayii
