I would create the ticket under Purchase Issue > Missing Purchase, but be sure to detail that this is in relation to the compensation for the server issues. Linking this thread would likely be a good thing to do as well. You could try to access your purchase history using https://www.gamersfirst.com/purchase-history/apb as well. ~@mayii

As was just announced by Matt Scott, All players on all platforms have gotten 7 days of premium ~@mayii

I have merged the threads on the new, but seemingly temporary Error 9 issues, the team is investigating the issues and working to keep things going as smoothly as possible. ~@mayii

As mentioned by Matt, due to the issues with the EU servers Citadel is currently hosted in the East Coast NA servers, this is only temporary. I will be closing this topic. ~@mayii

The New York location for the Citadel server is only temporary. I'm not able to give a timeline yet on when the EU servers will be fully operational in EU. ~@mayii

Can you send in a ticket to our support team at https://support.gamersfirst.com They will do what's possible to get any such issues resolved as quickly as possible. though given the large influx of tickets from the server works the response times are likely to be higher than normal. ~@mayii

The G1 login refers to logging in with your e-mail and password instead of using your linked Steam account

As there are some players online at the moment, this is most likely not the case but thank you for mentioning it. ~@mayii
