Since that doesn't show, we can safely assume this is a permanent trade lock. The way to stand on a moving car is by using a Character modification called Car Surfer which can either be unlocked permanently in the later parts of the game or can be leased from the Joker Store (in Social) for 250 Joker Tickets and 750 APB$ per week. ~@mayii

If you can't send in a ticket through the support website, you can also make a ticket by sending all the relevant information in an email directly to support@gamersfirst.com . I hope this allows you to resolve the issue fully. ~@mayii

Error 11002 can have 2 causes: The account is not verified (via email) The password has expired, if you're not able to change the password on the account or the linked account directly, you can contact our Support Team so they can work with you to resolve this. ~@mayii
