  1. nooo muh stockerinos!!1! it's literal patootie though. i'd rather crush my parts with a rock than have to grind for months for that thing
  2. Maybe a small indicator next to the crosshair should be set up to toggle in the options menu. You won't really look at a health bar at the top right of your screen that much.
  3. make them not want to eat it by making it look disgusting.
  4. Eh. There's probably better stuff to play, for those players. They'll come back for the update. Who knows.
  5. I mean, just release it. It doesn't sound so bad. Just put a giant red disclaimer somewhere in the loading screens stating that it's a beta and issues will be fixed lmao. People will understand. But on second thought, in bold I marked the issues I consider could bother new players. Especially the visual-audio bugs and the FOV stuff.
  6. Compliment your ranges. If you carry JG, grab an act44, rfp or rsa. Carrying an HVR? Just use the starter FBW. A cheesy spot, for example, is located around the money laundry on Waterfront where you can stand up on the ledges of the red part of the roof. You can use that zone to drop capture items out of your enemy's reach. See the red bit at the top? and that it has two bezels, at the top and the bottom? On the inside of the money laundry area you can climb onto that from the ladder nearby. Clip brushes are the surfaces in the game which limit the collision with the player.
  7. That is actually the mentality to being able to enjoy games like this. Just keep that going, it'll take you a long way. Start learning how to use obstacles to your advantage. Hug walls, peek angles with your camera. Minimize the time your character spends in direct line of sight of your enemy, you'll figure out what i mean after playing a few matches with low range weapons. If it looks like it can be climbed or stood on, you can probably do it, most of the time. There's plenty of cheesy spots and clip brushes around the map that you can use to surprise your enemy. If an experienced player looks like he's about to throw something at you while you drive, they will most certainly kill you. Leave the car (launch it at them) and try to shoot them down, a few people might panic when you pull that on them, you never know. There's a button that allows switching the way you hold your gun (right or left handed) that changes the camera's POV (right or left shoulder) Find a weapon type that you really like and main it. In my case it was shotguns. In your case, you might enjoy ARs, or HVRs, or rifles, or SMGs. My point is, it's way easier to figure one thing out, and when you feel accomplished switch to something else.
  8. Yep, /abandonmission still creates 1v1s. OR AT LEAST I'm pretty sure it does, I had a couple of these when I came back to the game for the last few months. If there's a person readying up for a mission while another has had all their teammates abandon it, they'll both get that juicy VIP matchmaking experience. I'm curious for these now, I'll sit in game for a while to see if I manage to get one again and guess i'll edit the comment with what i find. I'm pretty sure it's just that anyways. My tip for dealing with these? Grab your CSG and watch them switch to it too after a few sweaty kill attempts with whatever they had before. Cracks me up every time man.
  9. They could also take the opportunity to try and team up with actual brands to add clothing items and such so that at least some of the displayed in-game ads make sense. Like people actually wearing in-game nikes or something like that. You get the point.
  10. the only actual problem would be with how opgl nades might be hard to spot for some players. other than that? probably just the switching speed, it annoys some people that are hit by explosives and then finished off. But eh, what can you do about it.
  11. It's always been 3stk. If you can't hit a shot on the enemy, let alone 3, maybe switch to something easy like the pmg.
  12. I mean, to be completely sincere with you, I'd rather enjoy that service for free when the game is ''more'' enjoyable than now.
  13. Winter spec ops, the camo skins, fireball for some guns (it reminds me of Nerf). Assassin is good too but all weapons should come stock in full black idk. The alt skin for some weapons is good as well. I like the act44+jg on alt for those wood finishes, they look pretty classy. The camo thingy on the csg is pretty too.
  14. The artifacting is very minimal, you upscaled from 720p up to 1440p, there probably wasn't too much for the program to guess. I did spot some ''ghosting'' around fonts. Faces look fine, oh well. I'm now using a 5700xt, I had nvidia a few months ago and i messed around with deep learning a lot but never thought about upscaling this video. Dunno if i can use it on AMD. Anyways good job on that, it looks usable.
  15. No inconsistencies and rarely any trouble on my part. Most of the times it's 2 shots on my JG. On the CSG 2-3 shots, depending on the distance. The only problem i've ever had with them has been my aim. You're either set on target or you die, it's always been like that.
  16. Logitech g203. Light, good shape, good build. Not a braided cable on mine (idk if there's any other model that comes with one) but that's not even a con. Don't overspend on mice. Seriously.
  17. ah, huh. But there's still an unknown deep mechanic hard-coded in this game.
  18. never tried. how is that any better than actually landing your two jg shots. it's .65sec ttk + if you can hit the first shell for full damage (keep in mind you need at least 10m for that cuz spread is enormous) you can def hit the second one right after that.

    APB2's THEME

re-hire that guy and remaster this
  20. The game subscription should have a benefit. I think it's one of those things where it's either kept like this (premium grants customization and better cash and exp) or they just remove it. Why allow a free player to make twice the cash? (it's not like they can do anything significant with it) (the exp gain is significant though). Why allow a player to have full customization? What's the benefit of having premium then? About the game's monetization... I mean, their 'reliable' source of income right now are joker boxes. Everyone might want a legendary at some point, but not everyone wants to pay for a joker carbine, they can have it for free! (even though it has no slots. Not that it REALLY needs them either). As long as they keep releasing boxes they'll keep getting some income. That's why i think the items on armas are not as reliable. A unique player will 'run out' of items to buy, chances are they'll only buy 2-3 weapons they like / need and a vegas. That's a potential 50? bucks. About premium, they potentially make around 60? bucks a year from premium per player (considering that an unique player buys his 6 month subscription twice a year). In contrast, they should be making a lot more from jmbs.

  22. turn into manageable bits, burn (you'll need a lot of heat because you don't want the meat to cook, you want it to burn), dispose of the remaining bones by grinding into dust and burying away.
  23. The toxicity has always been here i guess. Nothing you can do about it unless the server pop gets renewed. About the wallhacking problem, i have encountered a certain duo a couple of times over the past days that play in a pretty fishy manner, that some of the veterans in game acknowledged. Just 180-lock-ons while being focused on and shooting my teammate, not much else.
