Phew... I'm not trying to turn this into a computer fixing thread, but here i go anyways. First off, play the game and open the task manager. Take a look at where the resources are going when you get fps drops. But mainly i'd say check your hard drive and ram.

To the people with fps issues: laptops don't play games for too long without overheating, losing performance. I'm saying this cause a lot of people seem to be playing on laptops.

Haven't got a kill yet. Not that i've really tried, but if you guys really want me to camp a spot to try and get some kills i won't really bother. Maybe next year.

Check your rig. I barely get fps dips anywhere

I thought the volume slider on the music menu worked for everyone and didn't make the volume binary. On another note, it would be cool if you were able to hear others' music. Like what they're actually listening to. Too bad people either play with spotify on or just don't listen to music at all while playing

Welp, guess it was about time to take out the wallet for this.

- Allow switching weapons during respawn countdowns. Would work like the car respawn timer, one loadout change during respawn every maybe 2 minutes. -Allow previewing stuff you don't have. For example, kits on already customized cars. -Allow more passengers in pickup trucks (plenty of space in the back if you ask me. The VERY CLEAR downside is that you can get shot.

If you're using an HDD and running the game on Windows 10 you probably have that 99% disk usage error. There are many ways to fix this problem and some might work for you, some might not. It's just a matter of playing with the variables until you find something that works. I suggest, first off: Disabling "Windows Search" and "Superfetch". I'm pretty sure you can turn those off in the task manager (ctrl+alt+supr > task manager) and you'll be good to go, but it's better if you go into the config and completely disable them. If that doesn't work, then: Performing some disk checks. Defrag it, update the drivers, you know, all that. Buying an SSD drive. This should fix the stuttering and loading times everywhere. You can get a 120gb SSD for really cheap, for your O.S. and a few games that requiere using an SSD, and use your HDD for the rest of your stuff. Please note that these solutions only apply if you're currently using an HHD for your O.S. and games. These things worked for me and now i'm able to play with a decent loading time and no stuttering, but results may vary. Good luck.

Some of you are like "ahh man make it cartoonish not realistic" 'scuse me, what? The game is not cartoonish at all. The only things the game needs graphics-wise right now are better textures (some still look blocky, especially symbols, even though i'm maxed out) and a better atmosphere overall. Some good ambient occlusion and an actual day-night cycle. Also, different atmospheric phenomenon like fog, rain would be cool

The only time i've had problems with this is playing on a silver server full of crim golds that try to de-threat. Every match was basically a 1v2, sometimes even a 1v3. If I had to solve this i'd just reduce the weapon damage or movement speed of the team-killer to 0 after 3-5 team kills. And keep that going for 2 hours. The second time it happens? Make it 4. Then 8... And so on. 'til they get tired of team killing and actually play the game.

So? They haven't finished the port to UE 3.5/4. Did you really expect a lot of people to come over just a couple of mod tweaks and anticheat? Give it time. Once it's updated and on steam, steam will take care of the rest. Labels updated games as, well, "recently updated" and it will probably pop up on some people's front pages. Aside from that, there will probably be some article about it somewhere. Give it time. Wait a couple of months. Begin working out? just wait

Don't aim, pop in and out of cover. Abuse movement, as in: always sprint, be controlled but erratic so that the enemy can't land shots. Crouching sometimes works for me when I'm about to die, and i'm able to land the last shell. Also, I've found out that jumping is a pretty stupid idea, you lose control of movement and you become an ez target. Get a magnum secondary, for long range encounters. And, yeah, since it's a shotgun, get used to flanking and hugging corners. Those two guys and the magnum will probably be your best friends for as long as you play shottie

Is it worth it? If I put money in it'll probably be around 20-40 euros. The thing is, I only want cosmetics (right now i'm looking at the racing gear sets and one month of premium to customize my shit). The question is, are weapons a better idea? Boxes? Cars definitely are but I'm all set with that, though having kits would be nice.

Motorcycle helmet? With visor. Like this one: It could have variants, one with the face shield on and another with it off. Maybe another one with part of the face shield broken. I can't remember if the Refer a Friend system had a helmet as a rewards, i'm pretty sure it did? Anyways, that's not available anymore, so- Also Animal masks and make pants get folded over combat boots, like how they wear it in the military.
