to be fair, you could easily find them or others by just googling "apb cheats" that being said, many cheatproviders operate for ages already. e.g. WoW bot-provider bossland was being sued ages ago, they did take action here in germany (where they are operating from) but... yeah, one of many cases, also in a country with a rather functioning judicial branch (in most cases)... i doubt chances in other places are high. In many countries this isn't >illegal< either and G1/LOs ToS have no impact on making it illegal or legal anyway.

If i merged accounts, I might get them on all of them then, so that would actually be "worse" They could always base it on account"value" as well though (somewhat over 70 weapons accwide + something over 10 legendaries here) merging accounts as a paid service would just be another source for money it would "punish" people for not buying character slots and creating the accounts instead if they now wanted to merge them and they'd need to pay (more), if they now want to have all chars together

it seems fair enough. when you perform well, you get a higher threat - it prevents people from just looking at their kda too much and makes them go for objectives. which should be the case when it comes to missions, you can't win by just killing. it also enables people who performed well but lost to still get a higher threat to get matched with better people (mostly teammates) not saying it's perfect or that it doesn't need tweaks. i am aware threat is also useless rn, however, this is another issue.

this could be a thing if those scores actually mattered at all. right now they just determine threat. and while every forum edgelord cares about them to devalue the opinions of a silver (i'm pleading guilty for myself too), barely anyone else really does. except when it comes to scapegoating and clanrequirements (the latter being fair enough.) this shouldn't be a thing because weapons shouldn't be downright worse than others. all should be viable choices in their niche. yes, some weapons are bound to net more kills/assists/medals - but this is always dependant on the situation. yes, a star won't give you many points when your oppositions runs. yes, an alig won't give you many points when you are defending a cqc spot. you shouldn't be rewarded when you pick a wrong weapon for a situation. (although people like to stick to one weapon or don't have many as a loadout available - this, however is another issue) this also isn't a solution to e.g. star being outperformed by ntec etc. they should both have dis-/advantages - and they do have that already, the star is generally more easy to use... well but that's it. it can't really compete in high skilllevels mostly. score doesn't really do this. (this isn't comparable to csgo btw, the galil might be outclassed by the ak - but there, it is about economy, a thing we don't have in apbmatches) there you go, i knew how to reply to this. wasn't that hard.

this is about the "igpu" not the performance of the cpu in general. the cpu performance as-is will be fine. apb has one thread so it is using a maximum of one core, which is totally unrelated to it being 32bit. BTT: yes, it will run. just don't expect more than 25-35 fps on minimal setting at 720p. (it might be better, just start off with low expectations) tweak it a bit further (using the advanced launcher) and you might end up on a solid 30-something on full hd (1920x1080), if your screen supports that (hopefully). the "igpus" are not terrible but not great either. try to get your hands on a dedicated gpu. even a gtx 660 is enough to run this game at 60+fps on high at full hd resolution. a "decent" mobile i3 from 6 years ago handled 20-25fps at 720p. everything above that should be okay, if you don't have high expectations. remember, you'll also need a compatible motherboard (any am4 300- oder 400-series chipset) and ram (ddr4) if you go for this cpu. if you are unsure, just check compability on https://pcpartpicker.com
