Make tagger reduce total ammo by 20% (i don't actually think tagger is op) It's a placebo knowing exactly where the enemy is makes you fight better. seems reasonable, would probably impact weapons like the TAS too greatly (and it doesn't benefit that much from tagger already) they could also do it more drastic - like 50% reserve reduction, 10% magazine and let it behave like spotter but that's very far off. (i know this is an unpopular opinion - and not my honest opinion, i think it's fine as it is but i guess mods should never be straight upgrades in this game.)

this 100% most likely not, they look skinnable in the picture - like other normal armas weapons (they also use the same background so i'd think it's just a normal armas release) and there are different variants... but we do have the hitchhiker, jerseydevil, bloodymary (with different unique mods) and the luger ones (that have different taggers) but ye skins - unless they wanna do the first skinnable legendary (which would be kindaaa nice) maybe there's also like 1 legendary and some armas like the raptor etc...

a medium term goal definitely is getting r255 on one char or like on one crim one enf. takes multiple hundreds of hours. i'm on 1.1k hours of actual playtime and only just got my second max (though i didn't go straight for that) and i had prem like 95% of the time. it does lack long term. (except if you think getting thst jt crown is one... or getting the rare nanos... or grinding weaponroles. all no real fun, especially rare nanos which are just rng) however just getting gold 10... the old threat system just promotes exploiting in apbs current way (readying up in empty district with only friends as opp). not my main point. it's just so much of a thing for egomaniacs thaf promotes toxicity. any ranked/comp game is. lol, dota, csgo can be fun but rankeds are mostly hostile. even more hackusations, even more whining about teammates. a long term goal is needed but this isn't one. a skilled player would also not need long to achieve it. we also have a link. forums-old.gamersfirst.com

i mean they technically still are hits and not just grazes or bullets that fell down the issue would be that e.g. smgs would be too good at range then (unless they nerf accuracy more which would also make them less reliable on closer ranges) tbf i think it is a bit drastic right now but it helps to maintain some kind of balancd and give each weapon and category it's own niche without doing much harm. it also enforces having fitting primary/secondary setups etc etc. bring variety into the game (most of the time) so nah, it doesn't seem like thex want to make changes - and in my opinion they shouldn't. in csgo you have a kinda similar system with dropoffs and even they moved to making e.g. smgs more niche. ...except that rifles are plainly better than any smg 90% of the time - they have that economy factor that is luckily not part of apb. Add 800x600 resolution to the game so that shit PCs can run shit game a bit better. you can do that by hand or using advanced launcher if you really need it, just saying games should support custom res either way tho

afaik the client sends button down/ups so no, this is also the reason why you continue running even if your client freezes/crashs. the client doesn't send every shot as its own packet or smth like that - it also wouldn't make sense since the hitreg is also done serversided (hence the issues when the servers are lagging) also even then it probably wouldn't only be that much affected by fps but also network performance. it is different for semi autos i guess though since... well if you try to shoot during a freeze it wouldn't send all the button down/ups
