Also if i remember correctly, the G1 statistics for APB during closed beta signups back in 2011ish was 97% male.

Thats an excuse.

Its given more often than you think, because you havent been teached. So yes, people should be teached about "anomalies" more often because we are a lot, more probabilities of them appearing than your limited brain could think.
