  1. Why to play a game if you have allready maxed out all factions/contacts? The G1C could be account bound, not giftable. How long it takes from after the reset, to maxed out all contacts too? Also only for one side Enforcer/Crime.
  2. From my perspective, THE ONLY THING, I mean THE ONLY THING that has a good true pricing is Revelations pack pass (4 weapons+car+5 kits account bound) for 3999G1C !
  3. If they were to refund for something bought, I would like to get refunded for the Mikro Kits I bought due to a miscommunication by G1 in the past. They told me that the kttc pack was not account bound, so I bought the kits separately. Then I emailed them again with the same question and they said that it was so now I have purchased them twice.
  4. I think I'd just be happy with ARMAS prices that don't feel like they're taking my arms, legs and eyes, while also stabbing me for good measure. When the base price of an account bound weapon is $60. You know there's a problem.
  5. Threat is account bound at all times. No matter what district you join. The only way to be T is by creating a whole new acc. As soon as you lose T-threat (if it can be called this way) it's no longer possible to regain it on that account again, the lowest you can be is green.
  6. Account bound means every character you have made or will make will have that item, regardless of server
  7. As said previously, wrong forum section. As for your question, all purchases for account bound can be used in other servers. All purchases that are character bound will be locked to that character in that specific server. Account bound can be used in other servers because it's linked to your account, so any character created in any server will get the items.
  8. Hi LO, i been trying to hold back with requests and suggestions so far seeing that the forum is flooded with them, but at this point i'd like to toss this one out again. In my account spread over several characters i think i have an estimate of near 1k mails with weapons attached that i got from JMB lootboxes. I am not able to delete these mails, nor am i interessted in retrieving said weapons because i usually own them account bound anyways (no need to clutter up my locker any further). I usually end up buying at least 20 JMBs per month (if not an account bound weapon as well) - simply as a contribution to the game, if i get the legendary it's nice but not really important. Anyhow, this is the reason why i stacked up quite the amount of lease-timed weapons which i would at times like to pass to friends, or the occassionally "p2w"-complaining newcomer. I know for a fact that friends of mine are in a similar situation, and so i would like to ask if you could modify the system in a way that will allow me to forward the mail itself + attachment to another player. Why? 1. The weapon has been paid for anyways. 2. It will give (new) players a chance to play with a certain Armas gun for an extended period of time without finacial commitment on their behalf, and could thus be a ruse to get them into buying the weapon permanently lateron. 3. It could be one of those nicer gestures the community clearly needs and is absolutely capable of providing if enabled, thereby decreasing at least in part the toxicity of the game 4. It will serve those that claim p2w as a way of learning better. I doubt doing this will permit off-world transactions, simply because a lot of people will be passing out guns making any off-world transaction rather pointless - after all why pay money if some person in game can give you the same weapon for free?
  9. Hopefully Legendaries will be account-wide if they're no longer tradeable. I think this is a horrible idea though as the player market is already so tightly bound by high static prices and insane market tax. I love player driven economies, so what they're saying about it all really depresses me. But if I can't mail my Legendaries between my characters, I hope they'll be account-bound then and I hope they'll give notice on what they plan to do here so, if I have to, I can move them where I want them before they're stuck there forever. I miss open markets in games, even if it invites real-money trading from third parties, I think it hurts more to not have the system than to have it.
  10. I managed to get a lot of legendaries with ingame money over the past few years (30+). It would be dreadful if those legendaries became untradable since they where aquired with the intention that they could be sold on marketplace or for a friend to borrow. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has the same problem. However, I do not mind buying new Joker boxes, knowing that they would not be tradable. So the bottom line is that I think old legendaries should remain as they are, new once can be character/account bound. The old Innova (4game) already had a simular thing in place: most JB legendaries where character and just a few where tradable. This led to overpriced ingame marketplace prices tho.
  11. legendaries are already account bound using the mail system.
  12. Small list of things I'd like to see to make ARMAS a little more friendly to the consumer and easier to use. 1: Any sort of indication that you've already purchased an ARMAS item in some form somewhere on the store page. There's plenty of ways to do this, be it adding a checkmark over the item icon (With various colors supporting various states of purchase) or adding a border around the item that you've already bought. I don't know for sure if the game would allow you to re-purchase already purchased items and waste G1C, but it feels like it does and this should probably be changed. 2: Central hub that tracks purchases in the store. This feels like a no-brainer and I'm honestly "shocked" that this isn't already a thing. Not only would having a central "purchase history" enable the consumer to better trace their buying habits (and avoid buying the same thing twice.) but you could also use this central list to compare what you have in your inventory. When I buy JMB's I often get a flood of temporary weapons that I simply don't use at all and just delete. To this day I'm paranoid that I might've deleted a perma weapon and not realize it. Having a central list to check would be greatly appreciated. On top of that, you could free up support tickets by tying a system into the central list that allows for retrieval of accidentally deleted weapons. This could potentially be abused in some fashion, so you'd have to completely void legendary/tradeable weapons from joker boxes, but things that aren't tradeable should be fine to hook into such a system. The retrieval system would only apply to non-temporary weapons and items and items that couldn't be traded. 3: Quick-upgrade to account bound versions. Tying into the central hub of already bought items, the ability to upgrade character-bound items to account-bound items from there would also be greatly appreciated. This would enable people to keep track of what they bought per character and enable them to upgrade items they like into account bound items to use with all of their characters. (Example: I've maxed out my criminal main and want to make an enforcer character. I can upgrade my favorite criminal items that I bought character-bound because I didn't plan on making an enforcer.) 4: Refunds and trade-ins. The ability to refund weapons and items that we don't like outside of bugging support about it would be a really handy feature. Sometimes we buy things that we regret buying, and if memory serves support only offers you *one* refund. Total. You use that up, and you're done. This is pretty anti-consumer since not every weapon on ARMAS can be trialed. On top of this, sometimes you fall out of favor with a weapon due to some balance changes or just shifting out of that playstyle. The ability to trade in various weapons to contribute towards earning a new one or coupons for something else would be nice. 5: Account bound upgrade overrides character bound purchase. I was digging through ARMAS recently and I found that if you select the option to buy a weapon character bound, even if you have the weapon bought on another character, it overrides the account bound upgrade discount and would instead allow you to buy it at full character bound price. This is naturally not okay, and I'd like the account bound upgrade price to override the character bound purchase price in this scenario. 6: Pack weapons and special cases don't always count on other characters. For example, on one character I've bought the "Forces of Nature" pack, but it's not giving me the discount on the account bound upgrade. However, on Death & Taxes pack, it does give me a -74% discount which is obviously meant to be an account bound upgrade discount. In addition to this, there are a couple of weapons that I've received through support item exchanges (My 3 slot STAR being one of them) and I don't receive an account bound upgrade for those either, though this is a bit of a unique scenario. 7: A discount on buying a fraction exclusive pack when you buy the other half of the fraction pack. Say for example I buy the Criminal Heavy Duty Bundle, why can't I get a discount similar to the account bound upgrade to the Enforcer Heavy Duty Bundle? They're virtually the same items, just on different factions. I don't see why I couldn't get a discount. 8: Account bound clothing/gear. Some clothing/gear is character bound. Even if it's cheap it's still annoying to have it be unlocked on one character and not the other. It would be really nice to not have to go and buy it twice with no discount. That's all the ideas I've got for now. Please offer any ideas that you think will help ARMAS become a friendlier experience that could encourage people to spend money and keep the game alive, and if I really like them I'll edit the OP with the idea and your name. ---------------------------------------------------- Comment suggestions:
  13. Just implement a trade window. Could even incorporate Steam trading maybe? Was sad to see all the scam threads regarding trading and marketplace bots making phat stacks from silly people listing it for a dollar. Would be cool if they became Steam items, effectively making them account-bound so you don't have to keep mailing them between characters. Not sure how it would work with weapon mods... :s
  14. If it was up to me there would be something along the lines of putting legendaries (tradeable or not) as high price Joker Store items, but I understand that this probable won't happen due to the hit it would cause to JMB sales. Alongside this, I'd keep old legendaries tradeable for the time being. Perhaps a way to keep JMB sales relevant would be making legendaries from JMBs account bound? But I dunno'. The problem is that where anti-lootbox laws are being put into place, it's often a totally different law in every country, so I don't know what he was referring to to be honest. An economy of what though? Lol. Sure, there will always be clothes, cars, and themes, but I predict that those will skyrocket in price, and a lot of people like me make all their own stuff so that's all irrelevant.
  15. Hope we are still allowed to mail, or they can just make them account bound, would be nice.
  16. IMHO, it's a way to create flexibility when purchasing weapons in Armas Marketplace. MY idea. The Pack should be Account Bound ONLY, divided into 2 bundles and contain the Following: Pack 01: Primary Weapons: - Assault Rifle: NTEC-5 DVAH - Light Machine Gun: SHAW 556 R&D 3 - Semi Auto: Obeya CR762 NFCP3 - Shotgun: JG-1140 - Sniper Rifle: NHVR-762 Dvah - Sub Machine Gun: OCA-EW 626 NFCP3 Secondary Weapon: - Colby .45 AP All Prices Combined Separately: 22893 (All ACCOUNT BOUND prices) Just take this combined price and give a 30% discount on it. Just an idea.
