I just tried with a friend , damn matt , i didn't knew you lierally meant reversing IR3 .... Incase you guys didn't noticed yet , Improved rifleing actually REDUCES your range instead of increasing it , i was playing with ursus for a while and it felt like i needed quite a bit of shots to kill my enemies so i tried on a friend just to see . Yep , URSUS is a 5 shot to kill at 50 meters WITHOUT ir3 , and a 5 shot to kill only up to 43 meters WITH ir3 What a meme.

i don't even understand why some 3 slot weapons have different prices than other 3slot weapons . just make all the guns the same price and the preset ones lower , that's literally screaming "this weapon is better so it's more expensive !" It's cool to get reductions and all , but what about common sense ,? , some weapons got their price rised , and not by a little . Do you realise that this is equivalent to 35$ for a single weapon ? Personal note tho : Even tho you guys reduced the price by a lot , wich is good , APB is still the free to play game with the most expensive stuff i've ever seen .

This is pretty much me , the conversation goes into weird spots all the time thing is , why didn't we got any info about this ? if there's a filter it should be way less heavier

Im not sure if this happends in certain districts or instances , but have you guys noticed that when you send messages fast in the chat only the first ones goes trough ? Yesterday i've tested with someone in social district , and when , i count from 9 to 1 in chat (pressing enter between each number in rapid sucessions) The other guy will only see my 9 and 8 , then all my other messages after this won't go trough . Here's a visual exemple : On my side i count from 9 to 1 then say random stuff On the screen of my friend he sees this : weirdly the delay allowed between messages is quite long , and it sometimes makes conversation get into an akward place due to missunderstanding and unsent messages . is this an artefact of mitigation or something ? TLDR : if you send messages too fast , you see them sent , but other people don't see it .

the worst thing about n/p system is this imo when you do bad aka loose lots of mission in a row , you get less money. and when you're doing good ,you're rewarded with death .

This topic seeks attention from @MattScott So , i was playing APB today on citadel , in social district , when i went in game i noticed a GM Called "zeroexthirtynine" Asking a female character player to remove her top wich had realistic nipples drawn on it. Seeing this i remembered about matt scott's topic about the clarification on nudity : So at this point i told the GM "But we got a clear message from you guys stating that anything above the belt is fine" then i got this as an answer (that in my opinion seemed more to be the GM's personal opinion than him reading the rules) : i definetly knew that this GM was in the wrong from what i've read , but i guess i can do nothing because he's a GM and he decides the rules hm ? So at this point , i went myself do my own ressearch and found this in the "Clarification on Nudity" Thread , more precisely on the blog post that you shared and liked @MattScott: Here you guys state that genitalia is the limit ingame , and that above is accepted as long as it's not intended to offend anyone : So there we go again , we're in a blurry spot , back to the same question , where is the limit ?: Is this GM misinformed / misbehaving ? ,or is there anything you didn't tell us ? Rules are flexible yes , but that GM seemed to have overwritten the rule in a snap of a finger and give that player no choice, while he, the player, clearly wasn't in the wrong .

Or if you're really really into it you can even have the right version of the game with it Also i do remember mattscott saying he is planning on bringing it back .

it does work , i tried APB at 4K and 8K the only downside is the UI not scaling with it tho .
