If you're logging in through steam that would still be linked to your old account. If you don't have access to that anymore just contact support and give them the info they ask for to verify the ownership
-
So, if you're still waiting past the time that was posted. Send a reply to the ticket yourself asking for an update. It can be that it slipped through the cracks
-
So, 5th of sept is before 9th of sept. Check on the site for a reply, if there's none post one yourself asking for an update
-
Check on https://support.gamersfirst.com if there was a response. As mentioned in if the ticket was made after date X (mentioned in the thread) and you didn't get an answer, reply to your ticket
-
Did you make a ticket with support? Sounds like this might be a perma lock for some reason
-
Depending on what account ID you're referring to this could mean something entirely different. The account info you use to login is the email adress the Gamersfirst account is on. The numerical identifier used to identify you account can be found in "APB Reloaded\APBGame\Config\Account". The folder has a number as name, that number is the account ID.

That is indeed something due to the RTX card. You could try playing on the default minimal settings, those seem to work for some RTX users. This is what was mention in regards to a more permanent solution during the Q&A:
-
As mentioned by Alisha, this was brought up on the Q&A. Here's what was said:

If EAC is detecting packet loss, I would assume contacting them for more info is the easiest way to get all the info needed. Before you do that, you could try the standard troubleshooting of restarting all the network equipment, reinstalling EAC, ... If all that didn't help, here's where to contact EAC: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/contact/tech/
-
Wow, you can post screenshots from several years ago. Shall we go back to see where you were in life back then? Edit: And lets of course not forget about all the newer screenshots that were posted.
-
Have you tried submitting a technical support ticket with EAC? You should be able to do that on https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/contact/tech/
-
Send all the info in to support@gamersfirst.com that should create a ticket for you
-
This was touched upon in the Q&A last month, not sure if you're aware of that response: In summary, it's an issue that comes from the drivers for the newer cards not properly supporting 32-bit applications and of course the game being old doesn't help it either.
-
Didn't notice any issues on my end. This is probably either someone on your network using all the bandwith or an issue along your route. Possible fixes could be; Check that nothing is using all the bandwith Restart the network equipment If it still ain't fixed it's probably better to contact your ISP and to send a /latencytest to support

And was that done by using ReShade or is it a different thing being used?

Next weapon to be added to test districts

They literally own all the rights to APB Reloaded, nothing changes for the players in the near future. -
VPN's should be fine to use, some countries can't even play without using a vpn (Kazachstan, Iran). Maybe routing and stuff improve down the line, but for now a VPN might be worth a try.
-
That sounds like a routing issue, while it is really bad at the moment for players in Oceania that should improve. This is what was mentioned in the most recent blogpost In a TL;DR: All characters will be able to play on any server, no more NA/EU characters. And the districts will be spread out more around the world, that should get you some better ping. I have also heard from players in Australia that using a VPN really helped them lower their ping.

Is it allowed to edit/remove audio files?
Kevkof replied to FranGT's topic in General Discussion Archive
That would be true, if it weren't for this lovely post: Where Matt says: which means there is a specific exception to the ToS for the advanced launcher. -
This was mentioned in the blog, this one: http://gamersfirst.com/apb/news/2019/8/29/message-from-matt So that should be somewhere in the next month and a half
-
Maybe, just maybe it could be a good idea to read through the forum rules and find this lovely sentence. As you can see in the blog, he is the Customer Support lead, so a much better person to talk to than the shitposters on the forums.

I still have it available, or are you referring to the unlock?
-
And where does it say that that is the way it should be? Other JT items that you can re-buy are like that as well, the crown will cost you 1 million APB$ for a second copy.
