  1. More like 17 days as explained in Making a topic also doesn't really improve your support response times either. If it's been more than the time mentioned in the last post of the thread linked above send a reply to the ticket.
  2. If you're not getting that message and no time info when hovering over the attachment icon in a new mail ingame, then it's probably a permanent lock. Contact support, hopefully they can explain it to you why this was done.

  4. This was fixed on Thursday, but to fix the role you gotta send in a ticket. There also were a fair few topics on this, most even with a reply from one of the mods.

    That usually indicates a loss in connection somewhere along the route. You could try (if you know of any) asking people on the same ISP or from the same area if they're having issues as well. Since this isn't a massive widespread issue, I assume it's not specifically the servers. You could also try contacting your ISP, regarding any issues they might be having. How often do these disconnects happen?

  7. There was a hotfix yesterday, did you download that as well? If you did, try a repair of the client
  8. Have you tried just uninstalling, making sure that no files stay behind and then reinstalling?

    Unless you shot some of them in the Headless horseman instance before the hotfix, the rewards should have been given. You don't get a mail for it, but it is available for use/purchase
  15. Check for any hidden processes of the launcher using Process Explorer or something similar. A pc restart might also work.

  17. Download failed should just be a simple repair. If that doesn't work, I recommend deleting the Clientfiles.xml file in the game directory and opening the launcher again.
  18. A screenshot of that would be nice, so we can see what's happening. I'm assuming this is a ghost process errorring out the launcher, you can check that with Process Explorer or something similar or just restart the pc

  20. This can happen when you get disconnected unexpectedly, the 'other client' is the one that's timed out.
  21. A ghost process of APBprogram is running, either remove it using something like Process Explorer or just restart the pc.
