  1. They are looking into other server locations, mainly South America and Asia/Oceania but those locations aren't final yet. Here's what was said about that in the past (in anticipation of massive works on the servers) This was mentioned both on the forums and blog. TL;DR: Likely to happen, but no specifics on where it might be or when it'll come atm

  7. There was an announcement of these server/networking changes being done ... They're working on getting the changes done, but trying to rush that is never a good thing

    Steam Log-in Issues

    That wouldn't be related. This issue is a residual issue from the Januari 2018 forced password reset on all accounts. @FLD17 if you know your gamersfirst account email and password, just change the password on the gamersfirst website. If you don't (which might be the case if you only ever used steam), just contact support at https://support.gamersfirst.com and as long as you're able to provide info to prove that you're the owner of the account they'll sort it out for you. Keep in mind that the support times are long atm as we keep getting updates on:

  15. They are well aware that it's bad, they're working to get that to proper times. I'm not sure if contacting staff about it directly would be a good idea. The 14 days is a general timeframe, but it could be that certain issues get priority handling so those get delt with faster
  16. I'm not a member of staff ... Nor do I care about how much money you might have spent on the game. That's irrelevant to the issue at hand. I'm trying to think of the possible causes, but since I'm not getting the same issue that's fairly difficult. If it was a server desync issue it should be affecting everyone, but the common workarounds for that didn't work for you. You already tried timesyncing your phone, so that shouldn't be the issue either. I'm running out of options of what could be the issue
  17. This is going to seem silly, but are you sure you're entering the correct code? (as in the right account) And try entering the exact same code a few times. I just tried logging in several times and never had any issues.
  18. If you're able to login on gamersfirst.com, just go to your account settings and disable it. If you can't you'll have to contact support. They do answer but are behind on the tickets. It shouldn't be more than 2 weeks now:
  19. I haven't had the same issue in a while, but last time this happened it was a time difference between server and client. Try entering the 2FA code a number of times (mainly towards the end of the cycle)

  23. Contact support, they can remove it (if you can prove you're the account owner) For the future, just swap to Authy which has a backup feature so you don't lose access to your account if you reset your phone or change it.
  24. There is no mention of that, so I would assume that things like that will happen later. Lets not go too quickly ...
