So if you didn't bother to make a useful report, you've kind of given up the right to complain. 4 1

supermariobrothe Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 (edited) on topic of reporting, who reviews the reports? is it the same people that do support tickets? i imagine if they are so overwork it takes them half a month to answer to a tiket, i can imagine the report staff has same if not more work on their hands with everyone and their mom mass reporting and telling others to report imaginary cheaters every match. magik Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Took a day for a report I've submitted to be processed- and this was back when L.O. had the huge overhead of the customer support tickets, so I'd like to think that it's a different team handling reports.
