i dont think theres ever been a voiceover the old "tutorial" district would just take you through a few unopposed missions with some pop up info boxes, then give you the option to stay in the tutorial district or leave to a regular district

id assume its to prevent someone (who presumably logged in from a different ip or something) from draining your account immediately i feel like it would have been far more convenient to just add an email/text verification instead

i see no reason why all armas stuff shouldnt be obtainable via f2p methods, as long as its a suitable grind while it might get a few more people to spend money i think in the end locking away a majority of the content behind a paywall pushes more people away, since whatever the f2p players are left with just isnt enough to really draw them in imo

the issue would be the open slot secondary being locked behind a thousand dollar paywall

the addition of the condor mod broke the radar back when it was added single shot, low rof guns (hvr, csg, etc) will routinely just not show up on radar when firing the triangular markers are static, whereas before the condor patch they were dynamic (they would show player movement even if the player was not actively firing) pretty sure theres something else but i cant remember it atm

it didnt seem to stop people from returning after orbit bought apb, although i suppose theres way to know how many people didnt come back because of the g1 name

we know have battleye which is client side and checks files afaik while its unlikely it could theoretically ban for messing with files, so its at your own risk

this is an engine limitation while minor, i hope its something thats looked at post 3.5
