  1. coywolf is probably the most fun to drive out of the three, but its only available for g1c or a preset (noncustomizable) option for 10k jt bishada is available for ingame cash but only if you're a crim or as a preset option from aletta cadagan (r195+ contact), its also available for g1c growl is available for ingame cash (400k for a 2slot) which i think is a random mission reward? and its available from two different armas packs for g1c
  2. open conflict had rank symbols iirc, they were just red for crims and blue for enforcers instead of threat colors idk about console

  5. i cant find the exact quote where the ue4 rewrite was stated, but ue3.5 to ue4 is basically rebuilding apb on a different engine while ue3 to ue3.5 is just porting apb to a newer version of the same engine looking at the speed of the 3.5 engine upgrade the ue4 engine upgrade is years off at best
  6. probably not much to tell, afaik ue4 requires basically remaking the game from the ground up so i doubt much has changed in 2 months

  10. im pretty sure they'd still lose out on a ton of money but its kind of an interesting mechanic i'd go a step further and have specific contacts drop specific weapons, that way players can pledge to them to grind a specific legendary

  13. irl advertisements are always kind of jarring to me, especially in games like apb or gta that go out of their way to create their own ecosystem of fake companies
  14. you can't get rid of meta weapons because there will always be weapons that offer the easiest maximum performance versus other weapons, thats how balance works

  16. nothing i think, afaik most preset weapon mods are just placeholders and the altered stats are actually part of the gun itself

  19. idk i consider myself maybe a slightly above-average gold player and i generally have a 50-60% mission win rate, i can definitely see how players with a lower skill level than me would struggle - groups that i find as equal opposition would probably stomp them, and the groups that stomp me would probably be untouchable to them factor in the shitty matchmaking pool and these players probably end up facing higher skill groups over and over during a given play session, so it’s not really “only 20%” of opp so i can see how consistent losses might be pretty unfun, but i still don’t think it’s a good reason to dethreat
  20. worse because at least now you can choose between a variety of garbage spawns, but the underlying system/spawn map is still exactly the same afaik
