it's really sad to see actually good players joining up on the usual bandwagon without even bothering to go past the thread title there's very obvious aimbotters and speedhackers on Citadel. Not as many as people claim, but it doesn't help that there are two very well established cheater clans whose members seemingly never get banned

weapon balance doesn't affect you if you use cheats tho lel jokes and burns aside... the shotgun mechanic changes were not bad. The issue lies with their stats - they need another round of balancing for sure, but the fact that LO has currently halted *any and all* balance changes just isn't helping. Again, why was stuff like the OCA nerf (from .64 to .68ttk) not pushed to live? Re : Car Spawner And that's all.

Why not both? Also reducing repair per second instead of disabling might as well do the trick - as long as it reduces by how much you can extend a vehicle's resilience under fire

Right now this is the worst of the UL-3. Its legendary mod gives essentially no real benefit whatsoever and only makes it more of a pain in the patootie to use. I think the mod should either be buffed or reworked What I'd like to see is the mod only ever increasing accuracy, by a very small amount, and resetting if the trigger is let go of. Every other stat of the weapon works against it being good at range -the insane muzzle climb / recoil increase over time should prevent people from having a pocket laser, the damage is really low, and the drop off range (30m) is pretty average

Having people spawning in front of you because you're not within Car Spawner range isn't exactly fun. Neither is people mitigating most hard damage dealt because they've got a pocket blowtorch hanging out the window GA5 Stations already do this - if your vehicle takes any damage while inside, it will stop any repairs for a couple of seconds. I'd like to see a similar mechanic for Blowtorch repairs - albeit with a much reduced delay. This could also be applied to consumables as well - avoiding the mobile shield repair cheese that some people pull off Car Spawners should become invalid for two-three seconds tops when under fire, regardless of distance. You should NOT be able to get away with parking your car in the open & in clear line of sight - Battlefield games used to do the same for squad spawns when the squad leader was suppressed.

weren't those 30 day only? Some of them are giving you a disservice by not having any slots - NTEC and HVR totally benefit from mods

the big issue I noticed with shotgun meta right now is IR3. Or rather, the fact that pump action shotguns are sucky without it JG has 7.5m range for god's sake - and CSG could totally do with 0.75 TTK (down from .77)

I like APB's gunplay - while it's much easier to hit the mechanical skill cap due to lack of headshots , the spread and recoil mechanics still give each weapon unique handling and add some challenge to shooting IMO - if anything has to be done to hitboxes (which I disagree with), I'd like to see the current hitbox split horizontally - upper hitbox results in 1x damage, lower hitbox (meant for legs and stuff) deals 0.8x or so . But that would still push the tryhards to play with the smallest character possible. keep in mind the position of the head varies a lot due to tweaks to build & character height, so ( again, imo) having even an approximate headshot hitbox wouldn't quite work The issue doesn't lie in gunplay and mechanics themselves as much as it does in the balance tbh. Car meta is totally whack right now and gun meta could use a tad more variety (although thankfully there's a decent set of options as it stands)

That's the point now either you keep it as a ranged beast while nerfing its CQC capabilities or you keep it as a trusty CQC sidearm (which is what it was designed for) If they decide to go the ranged route, I'd love to get a 2rd burst sidearm that's cqc oriented... dreams that'd be the best, even without the damage nerf part

A carbine knock off, for semi auto lovers An actual bolt-action tranquilizer gun, with something like 60m max range and a very near 2shot damage (490 or so) A sidearm that's a knock off of the .45 An actual SMG that has a faster TTK in CQC than the CCG, but sucks even more than usual down range There are many niches for LTL to fill!
