Adjusting Trade hold time for Legendaries
Kevkof replied to MattScott's topic in General Discussion Archive
I just sent a legendary to a different character without issue. What error are you getting? -
I don't know what is happening behind the scenes, but perhaps this is similar to a phased roll-out to not stress certain parts of the game. I haven't gotten my tickets yet either, just wait a bit. If they had posted that they were done delivering and you didn't get them you'd have a genuine complaint right there

"Will be granting" usually refers to a point in the future

it was mentioned in Wednesday's patch notes:

Why nobody is playing in prototype districts anymore?

Why nobody is playing in prototype districts anymore?
Kevkof replied to xHenryman90x's topic in General Discussion Archive
Oh i didn't even notice. Shouldn't they then change those districts back to OC? not every part of the weapon balance was brought over yet, as far as I know. But the ones people cared about (shotguns) were so they don't feel like bothering anymore (I think) -
why i have a 7 days lock trade
Kevkof replied to TheManWithoutName's topic in General Discussion Archive
When you log in to your account for the first time on a new system (fresh install of windows counts as well) you are locked from trading for 7 days. This includes the in-game market, trade system and mails. When you join a district (especially social) you should see this message pop up: Just wait until that no longer appears (or log in from a system that you've logged in to your account on recently) -
if only it was actually that easy to balance a game
-
you could still check for similar settings with your provider, I remember someone from the uk having a similar issue. So it might not be just Comcast being annoying
-
I just tested this myself, when you log in to your account for the first time on a new system (fresh install of windows counts as well) you are locked from trading for 7 days. This includes the in-game market, trade system and mails. When you join a district (especially social) you should see this message pop up: Just wait until that no longer appears (or log in from a system that you've logged in to your account on recently)

[img=https://i.imgur.com/3mZSMAq.png] or just paste the link to the image itself and it should auto embed it. But I'm not sure if that works with the /a links from imgur, just grab the actual image link

if it's the first time you've logged in to that account on that computer that'll be the 7 day trade lock that's blocking you from using the market place. It'll be fine after the that period has passed. You should get a message in chat when you first join saying something along those lines

Trading System - Showstopper unselectable!?
Kevkof replied to FluttershyI's topic in General Discussion Archive
this was reported in the bug reports section earlier today, I'd assume they'll look into it -
with the recent mentions of cool downs/timers on trading, I'd say give it a couple days if it's still happening then, it could be an issue
-
It should still just be in your inventory then. No trade took place so it was never taken from there
-
This could be due to 'spamming esc' when the apb window freezes for a second, you can get the windows pop up about this window is frozen, do you want to exit it? hitting esc on that closes the process and thereby it might seem to be crashing your game

I tested it on OTW before and it auto unaccepted when something was changed, even on your end
-
That's something @Snubnose has been complaining about for a little while now, so I'd assume it is
-
as far as i remember cj3 functioned on test district a and thats where the next patch is taking the stats from, so i assume it will go live My memory seems to tell me it was on the otw test districts, but didn't get moved to the live test districts when testing moved there. Could use some verification on that if someone is bored enough

If they ignored your complaint here, why would they suddenly listen in game? There's a difference between posting a complaint on the forums and having half the district back up your complaint in front of the CEO. But I get where you're coming from
-
Im pretty sure major complaints have been voiced since patch 1. Weren't most of those complaints taken into account and subsequent changes made? Other than the "oh no, they broke my weapon" complaints of course
-
It was likely that those values would be used. But if major complaints were voiced during the session they could be addressed quickly
