The Han server was merged with the NA server, so that would make sense for them to be there. As to why you're not able to login, that's odd. I didn't get any issues

Every game other than apb that you listed is from 2015 or later, give them some time to get the engine upgrade sorted and then you might be able to make a decent comparison. Though we won't know until that actually happens if there actually is any improvement

We used to have something similar on the old forums. A subsection where the patchnotes were all posted and then a thread in the Social section as well to discuss them. I think the patchnotes section is just to have a place where all the patches and their info is 'collected'

The 7 day hold is just for new accounts and the 3 day wait is just on legendary weapons. I'm not saying that I agree with how it's being done. But I can understand why.

Hmm, I tested this both on OTW and on Live, the mod always showed up for me. It was all the way at the bottom of the mods in my locker. I'd offer you a copy of the real mod but since you stated you're not R195 yet, that doesn't seem to helpful

I see your edit, but that still means you can only report a player once per day. What if they commit offence A at 10 am and offence B at 19 pm, would you then be unable to report them for offence B?

This seems to be an issue with the Sniper Silencer, as it also affects the N-HVR-SD PR1 and the silenced scouts like reaper and the loyalty reward

The weapons can be tested on the live servers in the Prototype Weapon districts, so they are in the official launcher, just not everywhere yet.
