  1. I tested this for a different thread, did you do anything different that I did in this video? Support is probably still swamped, but working through the tickets I hope. I feel like we might need to get someone from the staff to look into this (this is the 3rd thread about just this that I've seen)
  2. Yes, all 6 items that are in that pack are permanent on that character.
  3. The daily objective has the Halloween Bats skin, but a login reward was added so that people would be able to get all 3 of the new skins (if they did the work for it)

  5. This is most likely the same. That means you'll have to try and find a different payment method.
  6. That error means there was a connection error somewhere between you and the server. Since this isn't happening to everyone. I'd have to assume it's an issue somewhere in one of the ISP's network. This is what the BattlEye FAQ has on the errorv
  7. I took those screenshots (that he didn't even credit me for lol) before we even got to rank 4, which would have given the first skin. These were just taken by hovering over the skin in the menu.

  10. I just tried it on a another one of my characters, worked like a charm You're only supposed to get one of those, the others mention the role itself.
  11. The combination of those 3 selectors allows you to get all 3 skins, one choice per selector ("Those 2 along with the third...") The rank 4 I have no clue why that messed up, but the login reward had some issues the first night, but worked just fine for me on multiple characters on the 8th
  12. You get a selector for the new skins at Rank 4 and Rank 8 of the Epidemic role, those 2 along with the third selector that you get as a login reward between the 8th and 14th of november allows you to get all 3 of the new skins. This worked just fine on my end.

  14. Not everyone has everything from the previous years, it's not because you do that that makes the rewards bad. They just aren't optimal for you or maybe what you hoped for. Keeping in mind that they technically don't have to give you anything, it seems like you get a fair amount of things (but that's just my view on things of course). I personally had all the things from before as well, but still greatly appreciate the effort that went into making a new event on such short notice, including lots of new mechanics (to APB) and also the new skins that have their glow-state phasing in and out (which is yet another new thing, afaik). Every one seems to want so much all at once, but that is not how things work. As much as that would be amazing and nice to have, it's just not something that often happens.

  20. This has nothing to do with Razer Synapse, I run the game every single day with Synapse running without ever getting an issue. If it's kicking you for AutoHotkey then there must be (or have been) an install of that on the system.
  21. It's odd that the skin didn't show up, they should just appear in your available skins once you've selected and redeemed it. As for contact from support, you'll have to contact them via https://support.gamersfirst.com or by using the link in my signature
