The game sadly takes quite some time to launch, especially on HDD's. If it doesn't show up after 5 minutes, close all the APB Related processes in the task manager (APB Reloaded, BE Service, vivoxvoiceservice) and then try to launch the game by running the APB. exe as administrator (make sure the game is updated from the launcher beforehand). The actual exe is in APB Reloaded/Binaries/APB. exe

This looks like a loading issue, if you click on another character does the first one disappear? If that's the case, a simple relog should fix that issue. EDIT: Matt Scott has just posted about this, there was an issue with the Citadel server. It should be working again now

Account suspension or trade suspension? A trade lock would make sense if this was the first time in a while that you signed in.

In the regular JMB gungame the Anubis is the 5th weapon, but since you said it was the 7th weapon that would have to be streak or the one without a name.

Was that in a regular gungame or in the streak one? The anubis is tier 7 in that one, but you need to get a number of kills before dying to progress it

The other threads I was able to find right away(thought there was another one). I did recently learn that the criminals might still be able to complete the objective by ramming the shopfront with a car at high speed, but haven't gotten the opportunity to test it out for myself yet.

That's the downside of doing an impromptu/last minute sale, these things were almost expected I assume.

This wasn't the case in the clip you posted though, you were just on the border of the area. For 'Sanford Baylan Logistics Warehouse' (the area in use in the video). Only the block with those stairs and the giant buildig with the red roof, where you're killed from, is part of that zone. The other players shouldn't be red, since they're out off the zone.

If by bug you mean not being considered to be in the zone ... You're not actually in the zone. The zones are probably based on the city blocks and not a radius from the marker. From what I saw in the video the marker is in 'Sanford Baylan Logistics Warehouse'. That should also be the location mentioned in the message at the start of that gungame. There are 2 different plans. The short term plan is the district phasing, as you mentioned. But in the long run Matt said he wanted to go to the model of a central character server and districts all around (as Fenton mentioned) The post where Matt mentions this:

On topic: Those districts will probably fill up a fair bit once you get closer to the event time. This is because the link you get from LightShot is not a direct image link, the link is to a page that contains the image on it. If you do this (image below) and then use that link it'll work without issues. There are other similar tools available that'll allow you to upload it to imgur for example (Greenshot is the one I use).

Those system specs are not even remotely accurate, but I doubt Little Orbit will bother changing them to match the current engine. It would be nice though if they update it once we're on the newer version of the Unreal Engine

If you read what it's downloading, dialogue_russian.pck.zip then you'll know that it's downloading the Russian audio files. Most likely you're using a slightly edited game client (where some files are removed either to save space or gain some fps). This could also happen if some of the files were corrupted for any reason at all. When you update the game it often checks the files and any files that aren't correct with the ones you should have are redownloaded. I have the same when I update my fully customized game client, if I forget to put back the normal files it'll download 2.15GB worth of files. So this is not really something from this patch, just the game fixing its files.

Is there any particular reason why you didn't just install it to that other drive in the first place? When copying/moving files it's often required to delete the clientfiles.xml file that's in the directory

The fix mentioned in that post might have resolved the issue (or lead to it being investigated and resolved)
