You can't just say "it's a small company" as a defence to any complaint about them. It's irrelevant to the player. There're plenty of games that don't have this "problem" that people will go play instead.

go there and read the post of kevkof he answered already the error code 9 problem will stay!!!! they finished the maintance 2 days ago but they cant fix error code 9 so far time to play an other game

Buying a tv from a store and expecting people to be awake 24/7 to hear you whine are two very different things. even apples and oranges are closer to being similar than your logic.

And no I didnt say its a small company to guard against anything you complain about......

I said its a small company and people need to sleep so they cant be awake 24/7 just because you say so.

Obviously no one is expecting them to stay awake 24h a day. There's this thing called day and night shifts. That's how normal companies that provide 24 hour serivces operate.

Looks like I was right. I posted on a different thread that it was probably a hardware failure and a 3 day shipping.

 The 3 day shipping was a joke but the way APB went down made me think it had to be a hardware failure.

Slight issue, I'm still seeing Error Code 9, and some of my old accts that were supposed to be unbanned never got unbanned xD. On Fallen Earth my characters were Laniel, and for some reason can't find the email for the Scramasanx character, and on APB those accounts translate to a bunch of other things.

The current expected downtime is until going to be until midnight Pacific time.

The servers should be coming up in 5 hours and 25 minutes as of this post.
