(This is for the EU server, but i doubt its much better elsewhere.) With waterfront being as unplayable as it is, most of the time the playerbase plays the Financial district and the waterfront District finds itself completly empty. With the issues being deep within the openess of waterfront and its spawnsystem, how about you let us progess waterfront contact in Financial? Or if you‘d wanted to go all out and make it nice, by using the abilty to merge players from different instances, you could let players choose to queue for missions in both or just one of the districts? Either way, i would love to keep progressing characters but they keep being locked behind 0 waterfront pop. Pls fix.

The hole concept of G1 was from the begging on to never make backups, thats why the game got trash too. so i guess LO just took over these bad habits
