So loss/win? I'm conflicted. I like my Temptress, I'd hate to see it go up on Armas. I'll literally shoot myself. Exclusivity is nice imo. I should stand out a little if I've been around for 6 years and I did those events way back then... 1

Everyone I know that has it just exploited refer-a-friend.

If you don't wanna play the event you can just buy it from ARMAS. Else you able to unlock it by just role up the epidemic role. In my opinion that's fair enough. 1

You can play the event normally and you will obtain the rewards for free. However, the same rewards are also available for purchase from ARMAS. It's a "pay for convenience" type of deal. You can still get them for free, but you can also get them instantly if you're willing to pay with cash.

Yeah it wasn't an event reward, More like the Raptor "Hawk" and "Vulture". But they're all exclusive to some degree. ... I faintly remember the FAR Charger...
