The patch is scheduled to start at 9 AM UTC and will last up to 4 hours. Console will have its normal maintenance starting at 9 AM UTC as well. OVERVIEW This update brings a little winter cheer to the streets of San Paro. Play various minigames to unlock all-new titles and Joker Tickets so you can sleigh it at the Joker Store. Being stunned in the nutcracker event whilst holding a snowball gets it stuck in your hand if you don't die and just stand back up. 3. Achievements are hidden again. (EDIT. Or is there none? Where are the ways to get skins from previous years?) 4. No holiday contacts in Financial. 5. FPS stinks for some reason. 6. Dynamic Event Financial and Waterfront are showing up for some reason. 7. You're starting an xmas event 1/2 days before xmas (depending on where you live) and then run it 2 whole weeks in to January as well.
