My two cents about the N-TEC changes: Test A does absolutely nothing. 2 rounds less per mag doesn't interest anyone in the slightest, and the fire interval is barely ever even used due to it requiring tap firing. Test B sounds interesting, but I would need to try it in order to properly judge it. Less accuracy seems like a fair change, yet I would rather change the accuracy recovery time so you can't spam it as fast on long ranges. 4 rounds less per magazine is barely noticeable either, so you could leave it at 32, or put it at 24/25 if you really want to adjust the magazine size. I think rifling is a bit too extreme for ARs and upwards. CJ doesn't really need a change imho, a slight burst interval could be a welcome change, but shouldn't be as fast or faster than ARs. The OCA was the best SMG before the nerf, and no other SMG overshadowed it - it didn't need that buff and could be entirely removed - no need to adjust it in any way. That being said, I think you should host two districts on the live servers instead of OTW, and re-purpose the Balanced Bundle Box A and B deployable to allow everyone to try the changed weapons. OTW is usually a ghost town, it requires you to install APB a second time, and players outside of the US can't effectively test those weapons due to high ping.

  3. That's what happens when the "balance all weapons around the ntec" thing goes through the minds of some people. A whole bunch of overpowered weapons that are easy to play which make APB a whole lot more boring to play.

  5. It's funny when you consider that they just took some art out of the loading screens and left the white background in them, but added more brushes to it so it looks like it's intended to be like that. Clever thinking LO.
  6. The city pics you posted aren't even from midtown. Most of the midtown content went into financial, so there's that too. It's unlikely we'll ever see midtown.

  8. Yeah no, that's not how it works. Imagine you've got the item, and the spot that accessible by a car. You go there first, drop it off, points for you. Then you just defend it. If the opposition ever manages to kill you, they have to slow walk that thing all the way over to their base buried in some building. You have to defend yourself through 2 or more respawn waves until you got your item in.
  9. Waterfront runs fine for me performance and connection wise, but some spots are hillariously broken. I find it more beautiful and enjoyable to play and drive on it, compared to financial. But yeah, it's mostly empty. It's usually one and a half full district on EU. I don't even want to imagine how it is on the other servers.

  13. I've went against 2 shredders yet, and almost everyone else is maining the N-TEC with a few CSGs and JGs between there. I'd say that's way more annoying than the shredder. They should still fix all of these.
  14. Yeah, pardon me. Haven't really slept tonight and didn't really realize what I just read. They added almost all of the armas weapons to the joker store though, so people can try them all out. There's also free trials on armas.
  15. You're playing the gun wrong. You have to aim with it, like you would with an assault rifle or something. It's made to be used in marksman mode, and gains accuracy from that. The go-to mod for it is Hunting Sight 3 and Mobility Sling. Try it again that way.
  16. Because simply explaining it in 1-2 sentences in the patch notes is too hard. Thanks. The shotgun changes are still stupid though and shouldn't be the way they currently are.
  17. It doesn't From what I've heard it works somewhat like that, instead of single pellets doing x damage, like they used to. Little Orbits explanation on the shotgun changes isn't understandable and no one even knows how they actually work now.
  18. This is the prime example why you shouldn't make such a weird pellet damage system. They're way too forgiving now, hitting 1-2 pellets shouldn't reward you with dealing full damage. This seems like a lazy attempt to dodge having to fix the servers/hitreg.
  19. Imho console version has the saturation set way too high, and shadows are too dark. Speaking of shadows, they completely removed all baked shadows, means there's no "shadow in shadow" system, so indoor areas and other areas like under the financial bridge look like some game from 2004 with the graphics set to ultra low.
  20. Tagger is also a viable option, I don't think 3PS3 is that necessary, while Tagger can keep people spotted behind walls, cars and other cover, so you can get the jump on them.
  21. Yeah, somewhere between now and RTWs massive overuse of bloom and saturation was pretty nice. It wouldn't hurt to add a little more color to the game, but the console editions are waayyyy too colorful for APB imo.
