I can assure you that we take reports of this nature very seriously. It seems strange to me that you did not see a reply what-so-ever. If you PM me your ticket id, I will double check that this was looked into. Locking the thread for now as it serves no real purpose. For anyone else dealing with the same issue: Remember that things of this nature should go to support, not the forums. We are sorry that you are seeing these things in-game, we are working hard to make sure that you will not be seeing them in the future.

Could you specify what is wrong? As previous comments have stated, your original topic is very vague. I can assure you that tickets sent to support are being processed, albeit slowly. There are a lot of tickets to go through right now, but we are trying our hardest to get on top of the workload. Please write a ticket to support stating player names, and screenshots to support them. This sort of behavior is not allowed, and these players will be removed.

You can already apply two-factor authentication to your forum account. I believe the same is coming (eventually) for your GamersFirst account.

I do believe Jericho is on mitigation due to DDoS attacks, and this is why you are experiencing this issue. It was stated by Matt that an "alternative" for the current mitigation was being investigated, so hopefully we will be seeing that for the Jericho players in the near future. I believe the team is aware of this issue, but I will escalate it regardless. Leaving the thread open in case anything else comes up, will close after a while if discussion dies out.

On which server are you experiencing this? (+ Where are you connecting from?) At what times? Edit: OP states Jericho, but is anyone else experiencing the same elsewhere?

If you are referring to "minigames" hosted by GMs: Worry not, this is definitely being looked into. Once everything is ready they will likely be scheduled here on the forums, so people know when and where to show up

FairFight was able to be implemented into the game without anybody noticing it, because initially it did not require a client patch to make it work. This will not be the case with BattlEye. There will be a patch, and you will be notified ahead of time. You will also be informed if there are any conflicts with the advanced launcher, which a lot of people are using. We are not interested in banning anyone unfairly. I know this has been stated previously by others, but I think it is important that people are aware that we are not interested in causing people any unecessary trouble. Edit: Also locked, there are other threads to discuss this further.
