I am sorry about the wait, the following post by Matt may offer some insight (and hopefully some relief). Essentially: The team recognizes that the wait time is unacceptably high, but they are working on solving the issue. One of those solutions are internal tools which allows them to able to handle certain types of tickets quicker. Hopefully this should speed up the process, and see to tickets being responded to much quicker in the future. Once again I am sorry for the wait time.

It would appear that trade lock prohibits both player trading and marketplace transactions. I believe that this is intended behavior. Please submit a ticket to support if you are still experiencing issues after the trade lock has expired.

Noted. There are some time slots which we have to stay within due to availability. I would suggest trying to show up during the weekend instead, but if it proves to be a massive issue for a lot of players I'll see if I can bring it up to the team. Thank you for the feedback.

To answer the original question: according to the team, yes, offensive images are against terms of service - but allow the support team to draw the line. If you have reported the player and you do not see an immediate response / action taken, please wait. Reports are thoroughly inspected to ensure that no false positives occur.

Take suspicions of cheating to support, and report instances of insulting/harassment to the forum moderators. We'll deal with it instead!
